Wonderful
☺ We stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks with our family and were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet in a quiet area. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and communication with the host was fast and smooth. A great place for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

☺ Locality was perfect, with a view of the ocean from the balcony and very close to the beach. Sometimes it was noisy, but that's understandable given the location in the very downtown.
It was very spacious, even there is a small area for working in the corner.
☹ Lack of dishwasher and very low quality coach in the living room.
A great stay in El Médano, we can't wait to return!
☺ Really nice apartment, right next to the sea and a minute's walk from the beach, plenty of places to eat, and a good range of shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The hosts were always very attentive when I asked them anything.
☹ Quite a lot of noise from outside especially in the evenings, but that is understandable for a first floor apartment in the centre of town. No dedicated parking so it was sometimes difficult to park nearby.

☺Het was erg schoon. De ligging in het centrum vonden wij perfect. Veel schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Prima bedden. Fijne zitkamer.
☹Geen vaatwasser. Erg klein balkon. Kleine eettafel voor voor 6 personen. Klein koffiezetapparaat. Geen horren voor de ramen.

Lovely spacious, bright and clean apartment in a great location
☺ Very nice, spacious and clean apartment, 3 good size bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you would need, nice size lounge. Air con in the main bedroom which was a bonus.
Met by the letting agents and given the keys/shown around which was helpful. Apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift.
Nice balcony with a fab view of the sea and main street - but only big enough for 2 chairs and a little table which could be a problem if 6 people did holiday there.
The roof/sun terrace is big and sun all day - but it is shared between the 5 apartments in the block so could get crowded. That said, we spent a lot of time on the terrace and never saw anyone else the whole week (November). The only niggle was that the 2 chairs to use on the terrace had to be taken up from the apartment every day. The lift took you most of the way but you still had 2 flights of stairs. Not a problem for the young and nimble but for us pensioners it was a bit of a struggle! Perhaps have a padlock so you could leave the chairs on the terrace?
The photos of the location do not do this apartment justice - you really are a few steps away from the sea and the nearest restaurants. The beach and main square are less than a 5 minute walk away. Lots of great choice to eat and drink but don't expect karaoke and sports bars; this is a very typically Spanish resort and some restaurants don't have English menus. Excellent value for money and service was always great where ever we went - I would recommend booking a table though at some of the more popular bars, we saw people being turned away.

☺Prima dienstverlening van Medano4you - Vooraf nam de host al contact met ons via Whatsapp, hoewel we 's avonds laat aankwamen, was de host direct daar om ons binnen te laten. Tijdens het verblijf anticipeerde de host direct bij vragen en opmerkingen.
☹Het zou gemakkelijker zijn, mochten er vaste meubels op het dakterras staan (nu moesten we onze eigen meubels van het appartement naar het dakterras meenemen).
Het appartement is gelegen in een gezellige maar drukke straat. Overdag zorgt dit voor veel gezelligheid. In de ochtend zijn de straatwerkers als vroeg de straat aan het schoonmaken. Lichte slapers zullen misschien vroeg gestoord worden...
