Trop loin du centre ☺Propre. Neuf confortable ☹Les avions toutes les 5 minutes et magasins de planche fermé

Great holiday.... ☺ Nice, silence neighbourhood, close to city, restaurants and highway, beach behind the street, what is very important no problem with parking, very good place for holiday with family when a lot of atractions are planbed around the island. Apartment itself very smart, big saloon witch kitchen and small toalette at first floor and two bedroms with separated bathrooms upstairs, all equipped with IKEA, nice terrace. Tennisc court and swimming pool close to room. ☹ There were days when it was possible to hear starting planes, but not as a problem... The same with litters - trash was collected 40 meters north from property - geat idea for warm summer but for first time need some focus to find it... ;-)

amazing apartment just a pity about the loss of sun ☺ very clean, excellent facilities, comfortable beds, amazing swimming pool, late check out was available at no extra cost if no incoming guests ☹ lost the sun early afternoon on the patio but were able to then use the pool area but if like us you like the early evening sun for drinks could be chilly as totally in the shade

maravilloso ☺Nos encantó la limpieza y lo bien preparado que estaba para una estancia larga. Hemos estado en este complejo residencial muchos veranos y este es el mejor apartamento que hemos tenido. Disponía de sábanas y toallas de recambio que siempre es una comodidad teniendo en cuenta que nos quedamos dos semanas.

A lovely stay in laid back El Medano ☺ A lovely holiday home with everything you could need. Great shower, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, good internet and TV package. ☹ Lovely terrace but unfortunately loses the sun in the afternoon and is very exposed to the prevailing wind. Although the area around the swimming pool seems sheltered and sunny and there are plenty of sun loungers at the beach.

Pleasant ☺ Nice location: you just have to cross the street to get to the beach for surfing or swimming. ☹ We didn’t use the garden since the house is on a very windy location and, except the morning, catches no sun. Therefore, not that nice to sit and relax or have dinner. Furthermore, the host was not so friendly.

Well equipped ☺ Good to see fully equipment kitchen, not the bare minimum as often (plenty plates, knives etc), good size tv and WiFi, plenty towels, nice pool, always hot water in shower ☹ Nothing major to mention and sure if there was they would fix it. Maybe no mountain or sea view but no major. Double bed more comfy as singles
