Very Good ☺ Rooftop space & living space nice design. Good location, parking in street was ok. Property quite well equipped. Plenty of linen & towels. Plenty of cutlery & crockery. Excellent supermarkets within easy walking distance, likewise town, cafes & restaurants. ☹ A few minor issues. The 2nd single bed really not comfy for adult. No ovenproof dishes or trays, so had to purchase. House not well sound proofed from neighbours, but so many hard surfaces, difficult. New shower curtain needed.

Exceptional ☺ We had a fantastic stay in Lucias rooftop holiday home, a house in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The place was exceptionally clean and we did not miss anything. The rooftop is perfect for the morning coffee with a great view overlooking the bay, or simply to spend the afternoon in the sun. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach most of the restaurants and bars in the city. The beach is only 5 minutes away, including the Windsurfing spot El Cabezo. The big advantage is the open view, the privacy and the spacious and modern style of living that is offered here. The WiFi was super fast (fiber) and allowed to work remotely. On top, a late checkout was offered free of charge. Thanks again!

☺Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Haus. Die Dachterasse ist ein großes Plus. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos - wurden zügig durch das Haus geführt und alles erklärt. Alles vorhanden, um auch selbst zu kochen .. wurden mit Bier und Wein begrüßt :-) ☹Außentor war nicht schließbar und bei uns war damals ein Liegestuhl für die Dachterasse kaputt, daher konnten nicht 2 Personen gleichzeitig chillen, was schade war. Der Verwalter wollte dies aber für die nächsten Gäste ändern. Man soll Küche stets von Krümeln frei halten, da sich sonst winzige Ameisen zeigen ... aber alles harmlos.

Great base for a relaxing holiday and to explore the El Medano area. ☺ Great location. Very close to the beach and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Our host Jochen was always available and nothing was of any trouble for him. He even replaced the fridge as it wasn't working properly! The courtyard was nice and cosy for eating out, and the roof terrace is great to use in the evening to star gaze. ☹ Everything was fine.
