Nice apartment. Noice from an air conditioner on the balkony. One of two cupboards was full with a vacuum cleaner. There was a music festival in the square next door that we were not warned about. They played loud music to 3:50 in the morning. No way to sleep.

thoroughly recommend this beautiful place, can't wait to go again! ☺ The location was amazing, the view from the little balcony and the sound of the sea was truly magical. The apartment was spotless with everything needed for a self catering stay. Little shops and cafes all very handy. The town felt very Spanish and not at all touristy which is what we wanted. Highly recommend staying here. Also the staff at Medano4You were very helpful and accommodating. ☹ One night there was a carnival and the loud music went on until 3.00 a..m. but I'm sure this was a one off.

Studio über einem Restaurant mit dauerhaftem Ventilationslärm und Fritteusen Gestank ☺Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wunderschön ☹Leider hat der Vermieter das Haus so fotografiert, dass man nicht sah , das im Haus eine Bar/Restaurant mit Terrasse ist , welche von morgens 8 Uhr bis 24 Uhr geöffnet ist … ab 07:30 Uhr wurden die Tische und Stühle aufgebaut, bis 01:00 Uhr morgens war die Bar / Restaurant besetzt . Desweiteren blies die Ventilation des Restaurant sehr laut mehrmals die std und das rund um die Uhr direkt ins Appartement, so dass wir schon ab 8uhr die ersten frittierten Gerüche in der Bude hatten . Der Immobilienmakler wurde darauf angesprochen, wir hätten gerne das Appartement gewechselt, aber das hat ihn nicht interessiert - im Gegenteil, wir bekamen zur Info , dass sei halt so , wenn man zentral wohnen möchte !

Очень близкое расположение к океану, центральный пляж прямо под окнами. Шикарный вид из окон, светлая и уютная квартира. Внутри есть всё необходимое из бытовых вещей. Были вопросы с маленькими муравьями и шумом вентиляции, но компания всегда была на связи и решала их по возможности.Very close proximity to the ocean, central beach right below the windows. Stunning views from the windows, bright and cozy apartment. Inside, there is everything necessary in terms of household items. There were issues with small ants and ventilation noise, but the company was always available and addressed them as much as possible.

It was a nice stay, great host, very responsive. The place had a beautiful view. Some nights the restaurant downstairs gets a bit busy/noise for a couple of hours, but other than that, everything was awesome.

Fabulous stay in an extremely well located apartment that has everything you need ☺ The location was awesome. Just off the main square and overlooking the beach. We arrived late September when the annual fiesta was on and had first class seats from our balcony. Restaurants, shops and beach all within a short walk. The company managing the property were first class and always available for questions. Great facilities with washing machine as well, plus iron, hairdryer etc. ☹ This wasn't a negative for us as we use ear plugs and had no issue with noise whatsoever. However, if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper you might be affected as the apartment is above a bar so there is some noise at night. In late September the fiesta goes on until 3.30am on the Friday and Saturday and the property is right in the main area so it is very noisy then. We just opened the windows and slept through the noise without a problem but I imagine it could be disturbing for some. If it would bother you then check the fiesta dates and avoid them.

We were excited to spend the week at this location but the excitement ended pretty quickly. First, the unit was fairly new and recently remodeled. That was accurate. Our first issue began with parking. Parking was disclosed that it would be on the street. However, I am to reasonably believe there is some dedicated parking on this street. No! This was a downtown area so parking is literally wherever you can find parking. There is no parking in the front so we literally had to drive around the city blocks looking for parking. Most nights, we were in a parking lot way up the street. Now our luggage etc. In addition, we were never told this weekend was a festival so parking was next to impossible. Then, inside it continued. The bed in the pictures looks like a queen or king bed. They conveniently placed a blanket down the middle of two twin beds pushed together to give this appearance. Everyone knows if you are a couple the beds will split in the middle. Very disceptive.

☺Top Lage, sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, Meeresblick, direkt am Strand von El Medano, direkt neben Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkten ☹Am Wochenende recht laut und auch das Meeresrauschen ist bei Flut sehr laut, da das Appartement keine Klimaanlage hatte und wir gerade zur Hitzewelle da waren mussten wir die Fenster offen lassen und wurden manchmal von Partygängern geweckt. Kein Parkplatz und insgesamt sehr angespannte Parkplatzlage

Excelente estancia en lugar paradisiaco. ☺Ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza y trato exquisitos ☹Podrían colocarse unas cortinas en el dormitorio para evitar paso de la luz.

☺Uitzicht. Mooi appartement. Fijne grote douche.Fijne bank en bedden. Perfecte lokatie als je je niet teveel stoort aan lawaai. ☹Lawaai van het terras onder het hotel. En binnendringende sigarettenrook. Lawaai vóór 7 uur 's ochtends door schoonmakers strand en boulevard. Stank van binnendringende lucht uit uitlaat afzuiging keuken onder accomodatie. Ventileren appartement onvoldoende mogelijk. Het bleef ook 's nachts warm. ( min 27 gr) We misten een elektrische waterkoker om thee te maken. Tip: plaats 2 plafondventilatoren. 1 boven het bed en 1 bij de bank. Er zitten daar al lichtpunten dus zou mogelijk moeten zijn.
