This is a great place to stay right in the centre of El Medano. Beautiful views and lovely big terrace. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. You can walk to the beach and restaurants in 5 minutes. The only downside (which is mentioned in the details provided by the host) is that the bar downstairs can be pretty noisy until 3 or 4am so not recommended for light sleepers. It didn't bother us and the location more than made up for it. Hosts were there to meet us at check in, communication was great.

Great location, great view. Apartment is a bit too small for family of 6, but luckily the terrace is more than big enough. The cafe below is pretty noisy.

Fantastyczna miejscówka: bardzo wygodny apartament (dla 2 par byłby super) z bardzo dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią, wygodne łóżka, a całość urządzona w bardzo przyjemnym stylu. Do tego genialny wręcz taras z widokiem na zachód słońca i świetna lokalizacja. Na pewno wrócę na dłużej :) + Nicholas jest dosłownie na każde zawołanie (jeżeli jest taka potrzeba). Na dzień dobry przywitało nas zimne piwko w lodówce i czerwone wino. Bajka! ❤️

This apartment had everything we wanted. It's one of the few places in El Medano that actually has a nice outside area. The balcony covers three sides of the apartment with nice chairs, tables and plants all around, and beautiful view over the bay. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and Internet is fast. It's located above a bar and club, which might be a pro or a con depending on your taste. When visiting El Medano again, this apartment will be our first choice.

Excellent overall experience! Fabulous location, lovely apartment with great outside space. Jochen was a superb host, responding very quickly to any questions and was particularly flexible on check in when we arrived late. Apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Super schöne Unterkunft! Mit einer Menge Ausstattung und sehr sauber. DIe Kommunikation mit Jochen war ausgesprochen gut und ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Absolut empfehlenswert!! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!

The apartment was great! Good location near restaurants, bars, and a short walk to the beach. The balcony has a 270° wrap around the apartment so plenty of opportunity for sun. Jochen was a very helpful host, was quite responsive to messages, helped arrange an early morning taxi, and provided plenty of tips about activities and the area.

Hi Jochen , Thanks very much for the attention to detail on every aspect of the apartment rental . The location, terrace and view is unbeatable and also sheltered from the wind which quite often blows in El Meadano. The apartment was furnished to a high standard including the terrace and felt more like a home than a vacation rental apartment . Well done , I will definitely be back David

A very large and convenient appartment near the sea and the city center of El Medano. The terrace is stunning. A bit noisy until 2 am because the appartment is located right above a bar.
