Just back from Histon after a fantastic day yesterday with Nic and Helena. Been using my BGE for 5 years now and the Ofyr for 3 but still learnt so much - it's the little things that matter as they say. Cannot recommend the course(s) high enough - we will back for sure,. The service and prices are also second to none. Ordering some new kit now!

We’re so glad you love it. It’s the best rotisserie on the market and the tandoor ring is just superb. We use ours nearly every week. You can’t beat chicken tikka in a curry.

It's hard to know where to start. The class that I attended was brilliant. I wouldn't for a second hesitate to recommend or do another, in fact of the 6 people in the course only two of us were 'first timers'.
I can't post any pictures as I was too buys eating what we made. You'll just have to see ( and taste ) for yourself. I would recommend you plan on staying overnight. It is, after all a day of out door cooking made better by grape or hops. 😉

My second course at Meat Smoke Fire with Nic and Helena. Nick from Kabbrighton took us through a number of dishes from Thailand and Sri Lanka on the Spice World Street Food course. Small group, from learning how to prep meat, veg, to creating yummy sauces and marinades.
Learnt a lot, got some great recipes and ate a vast amount of delicious food throughout the day. Nic and Helena are great hosts, lots to learn (including improving my onion chopping technique!).
I'd highly recommend one of the courses if you want to learn some fire cooking, Green Egg or not you'll have fun and bring back some great recipes and ideas.
