I am in the US and connected with Nic online. Watched his cook video and realized he does more with his Big Green Egg than I thought possible. Nic, Love your videos and looking forward to your next live session so I can learn more. I bought my Big Green Egg 37 years ago and it's cooking and looking like its brand new. Great Job Nic!

My two adult children and myself attended Nic and Helenas Big Green Egg day course to experience first hand how practical an Egg could be and what a versatile device it is! The course was informative and huge fun with all attending being lovely people. The food produced was exceptional too - highly recommend you give it a try if you enjoy outdoor cooking

A totally amazing day hosted by Nic and Helena with the group learning to grill such fabulous food! I learned so much in the session on 20th June and can't wait get grilling and experimenting, especially with some low and slow cooks. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic day..real insight into Big Green Egg cooking. Using the grill options in the best way along with incredible temperature controls for different food types was takeaway knowledge that will be used for ever. Great choice of different recipes and totally explained to get the best results. The Tart Tatin and Chocolate Brownies a shock on the BBQ but delicious. And of course the Meat ....brilliant!!!.
