There are plenty of positive things to say about MDT, the jewel in their crown being Atanas, who is extremely capable and charming, and the same can be said for most of his team. The provided the full gamut of services for our project - plumbing, carpentry, drainage, decoration, tiling, plastering, carpentry and demolition - and Atanas was responsive to issues when they arose. They finished on time. Only the paintwork fell short and the finishings were often not good. However, MDT are expensive, and the poor parts of our experience came from the attitude of the financial department. I would recommend anyone to make sure their quote is fully itemised with a breakdown of exactly how many days of labour and which exactly materials will be used so you can price-check. In summary MDTs work is good, the on-site service is excellent, but they can also be disappointing and short-sighted.

From start to finish, Atanas and his colleagues have been fantastic at MDT. We moved into a house last year and remodelled two bathrooms and a kitchen. We also had some exterior repairs done. Everyone arrived promptly to start the working day and left with everything having been cleaned and tidied. Communication was excellent and we were always kept in the loop via a WhatsApp group. Would absolutely recommend and we would use MDT again for further works. Annoyingly we don’t have a before and after photo for the bathrooms but we have one for the kitchen, as shown here. Genuinely fab, thanks again guys!

MDT have just completed a bathroom renovation for me - stripped back to brick and re built with a compete layout change. The teams that worked on the project were great, always on time, respectful of my property and the project - it didn’t feel rushed at all. They were friendly/approachable and talked through the project details that needed discussion. They and very customer focussed! Based on some quotes I received they were great value for money and the finish looks amazing! Really happy with the work Atanas’s teams have done for me. Thanks all!

Edit: the response from the owner says the project was finished in December - it was signed off in MAY 2024 having started in November 2023.
An absolute farce from start to finish. We booked MDT fixing through Wickes, and they took way longer than had been predicted and sent inexperienced workmen to do the job meaning some walls had to be replastered multiple times, and most of the cupboard doors had to be replaced as they were scratched during installation. They also drilled a hole through my kitchen wall into the bathroom (which they did fix, but gives a sense of the poor quality of the work). My flat was filthy and a total mess during the whole ordeal.
The kitchen looks fine now but it took a long time and a lot of return visits to fix things to get to this stage. I am at a total loss at how all the other reviewers have had such positive experiences - ours was absolutely terrible.
I've reviewed our records, and it appears your project was completed in December 2023. The photographs you sent are snagging photographs, which are common during a job and have all been addressed, not once you have said you are unhappy with the service
Regarding your comments about the worker's experience, it's unclear because you say as the kitchen looks fine, which seems contradictory. I'm not sure why this review is being posted now and why it has such a negative tone.

We recently had our bathroom fitted by MDT Fixing. The quote we received was very competitive and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The fitters worked diligently and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Our new bathroom looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the service and finished work that MDT Fixing Ltd completed on our home extension and renovation. This included fitting our kitchen, wet room, and utility room, and plastering all of the internal walls and wood work and tiling throughout the downstairs. All of the workmen were polite and tidy and were well managed. The communication was excellent, and I will definitely be using them again for future projects.
We have recently used MDT Fixing Ltd to plaster ceilings, repair chimney breast and decorate kitchen, hall, stairs & landing. They were very responsive in quoting and commencing works.
