New Heil Furnace & A/C Unit
The people at McNeill Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job installing a new Heil Furnace & Air Conditioning system at my home here in West Springfield. The team of Derrick and Anthony were very professional. And I felt the price was very reasonable. I recommend them to all looking for a new installation.

Everything is great until you have a problem, then you are on your own . They don’t back up their work.

Scheduled an appointment with this company...took time off from work to meet them and they were a no show. No courtesy or follow up call ever occurred. Poor customer service.

Do not hire. This company wasted my time saying they can work on a boiler only to find out that not even their boss knows. Save your money and find actually professional.

At the time of scheduling, we were informed that the service required was a thermostat replacement. Unfortunately, it was not made clear to us that a sensor would also need to be installed directly onto the boiler.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we take full responsibility for the oversight. Since your visit, we have made adjustments with our office staff to ensure we collect complete and accurate information before dispatching our technicians. The McNeill Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new Air Conditioning unit at our home leading up to the 4th of July weekend. We were very pleased with how quickly and efficiently the job was completed. From the office mgr to the technicians, this team is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. Great Customer Service is a priority with this company.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Eddie and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable, and communicate everything that needs to be done before they do it so you know what's happening. Their work is super solid, and they even fixed up some little things I didn't know needed fixing. I'll absolutely be using McNeill for any future hvac work.
