In the initial days service was really good but off late the service levels have gone down. 30-45 min of waiting time post which the hair cut is done in haste. Even during the hair cut the stylists were constantly on calls.

Great experience. Polite staff who guide you on your haircut preference patiently. The average waiting time of 20-30 minutes is worth it considering their amazingly priced good quality service.

The front desk staff lacked empathy and professionalism during my visit. When informed it would take an hour, I agreed but asked if I could return in 30 minutes. The response was dismissive, insisting I had to wait there the entire time. Additionally, their prices have been increasing lately. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend them. we have much better choice than this in adyar and besant nagar
