THE best jewelers in Indianapolis with the best service there is! Bob McGee used to own and run it, now his son, Adam, has taken over. Our family has been coming here for decades and their service is unmatched. It’s a small showroom with no pressure sales, but sales people are willing to find anything you want within your budget. I bought my wife’s engagement and wedding ring here along with my wedding band as well. She has brought her ring in several times to be cleaned and upgraded. If you are a repeat customer, they normally clean it for free! If you are looking for quality stuff, want to support a true local Indianapolis staple, and without pushy sales people, this is your place!

Went here for the first time to design a birthstone ring for our three children and our 10 year anniversary with my husband. I was being picky and wanted something that they didn't have in store and Doug took so much time and had so much patience with me making sure that we picked out exactly what I wanted. He offered his opinion but respected mine. The ring was custom-made in less than four weeks. It is everything that I wanted and I will treasure it forever. Thank you so much!

We do our best communicate to everyone that we are buying only the precious metals, sometimes for parts, and rarely buying for any other purpose.

Currently Ebay seems to be a great place to try to sell to the end consumer.

My husband has bought me several pieces of fine jewelry at this wonderful jewelry store. They have also repaired a treasured necklace (several times because it is lobg and gets caught on things!) that I bought myself elsewhere over 30 yrs ago. They are fair priced and quick to get it back to me. I have also gotten a "permanent" bracelet as a gift too. And my last piece of jewelry I received as an anniversary gift...I thought I had my heart on a special cut of diamond, but the owner really listened, and listened to my husband, and said he wanted me to look at something and "just try it on". I was stunned!!! Not at all the cut I had imagined but it was perfection!!! I didn't want to take it off, but it needed to be sized to fit perfectly. It is stunning!!! And, my husband bought our daughter her first piece of fine jewelry for her 14th birthday. We no longer shop anywhere else. The selection, prices and customer service is unmatched.

Excellent service and good value on diamond purchase. Bob helped me find a 1.10 carat stone as an engagement ring. He set it in a solitare then we went back a month or so later and picked out a setting. Doug has helped me buy solitaire earrings recently. Great staff and superior service! Highly recommended and I still return years later.

Very friendly staff. The place was packed when I went in on a Thursday evening. Someone from the back came out to help me., seeing how all the floor staff were assisting other customers. They replaced a watch battery in took a link out of a new watch I just got online. It took just a couple minutes and they didn’t charge much at all. While I was waiting, I saw lots of smiles and happy customers. Not even kidding. I Will defiantly go back.

I went to McGee's to get a battery for my Seiko watch which is discontinued as then I had another Seiko watch that need to be worked on I just about to watch some time ago. It's a mile marker. I have problems with fixing the date and also the 24-hour hand. He looked at it and you fix it. No charge or anything. I've got to get the guy's name but he was really nice. I'm taking if I got another watch to get looked at so five stars to the service person who waited on me

Over the years I've bought wedding rings, watches, etc and have been a happy customer. I recently had a white gold Lindy Star ring, that has been in my family for 60+ years in to be resized. When I got it back, it had a dent where it had been clamped. They took it back to see if it could be repaired. I wrongly assumed they would heat the ring up to try to get the dent out. No, they just grinded that side down till the dent was gone and polished it. Now the ring is lopsided. If I knew they were just gonna grind the gold away I would have worked on it myself. Luckily it's not very valuable, just sentimental.
