Martin landscaped our patio for us. He was a recommendation from a friend who had her driveway and patio done. He started within days of quoting us (in the peak of summer!). The workmen came everyday from 7.30am and Martin was always available to discuss any questions we had. Martins quote was super competitive and reasonable. We are super pleased and can't wait to invite friends and family over for a BBQ! Thanks Martin

Martin and his team delivered a major driveway project in under 6 days from start to finish. They listened to very specific requirements - block areas, gravel and creating new planting spaces. A 300 sqm project. The change is dramatic an had added so much value to the property.

Great Job done by MC and the team, my front garden is now one to be proud of. MC came out New Year's day to quote for the job away up in North Yorkshire and started as soon as the weather permitted. No local firm willing to work this time of year and failed to turn up to quote. Luckily remembered MC from the work I had seen them do around Leeds. Big thanks to you and the team, very much appreciated.

We are delighted with our driveway transformation. As advised the Plaspave Sorrento blocks compliment the character of our older house. We’ve gained useful parking spaces, while enhancing the better parts of our existing garden. Martin was by far the most informative company we approached when quoting for this job, providing a detailed, written and competitively priced quotation. When on site, he always asked if we had any questions. Although the project was delayed by torrential rain, it was still completed within five working days – a quick turnaround time. Martin’s team were always polite and approachable, doing their best to understand our requirements. A special mention should go to the fence fitter, who patiently and creatively dealt with a panel sizing error. Thanks again, we look forward to enjoying our drive and paved area for years to come.

Sent an enquiry through on the Sunday and had a call on the Monday morning, and arranged for Martin to come and view my drive way on Tuesday lunch . Martin was Very professional and explained the different options I had for repairing my drive, he booked me in and fixed my driveway for a very reasonable price the same week! Fantastic service from Martin and his team. My elderly parents needed their driveway lifting as a large section had subsided over time. Martin's communication was great from day one and constantly checked if we had any concerns/questions. He and the team lifted the paving, fixed the subsidence, re-laid, cleaned, re-sanded and sealed. The attention to detail was very impressive and the driveway looks fantastic. Would definitely use again and would recommend. Thanks again to the whole team.

As a resident of LS17, I feel compelled to share my experience with MC Driveway and its proprietor, Martin. To put it plainly, dealing with him was nowt short of a right palaver. The man’s manner is brusque at best, with a temper that flares quicker than a match in a dry barn. Promises of top-notch work and timely completion were bandied about like cheap ale, but what we got was summat else entirely. His crew might be nippy, but their haste comes at the cost of quality, leaving jobs half-done and customers miffed. Paperwork? Not a scrap to be seen, and he’s keen as mustard on cash dealings, which raises an eyebrow or two. He’ll talk a grand game about five- or seven-year warranties, but don’t hold your breath for owt in writing. It’s not just me—plenty of folk round here have had the same bother with him. In short, Martin’s as tricky to deal with as a muddy track in a downpour, and his lack of courtesy leaves much to be desired. Steer clear, if you’ve any sense.

Spoke with Martyn on Thursday and arranged for him to come out on Saturday morning. No one turned up so I called the same number and got someone who stated he was Martyn’s brother and had no knowledge of the visit, he then hung up!

Martin was recommended to me and I’m really happy with my new drive. My only concern had been poor communication initially as to the day they were starting (they came a day later than they first agreed.) Martin did apologise and because the guys all worked really well together and completed the job in just two days, I didn’t feel concerned anymore and would recommend them.

Martyn and his team did a fantastic job! They removed our old drive, built steps to our back door, installed driveway gates, and laid new block paving for both the drive and porch—all to a really high standard. They worked quickly but didn’t cut corners, checking in regularly to make sure we were happy. They were friendly, professional, and left everything clean. The driveway was done in November and still looks great—plus, even our neighbours have complimented it! Couldn’t be happier—would definitely recommend.”
