Always get your receipts. They try not to give you one but get it. they will charge more than the meal itself. My order was 8.93 I gave them a 10 dollar bill got 5 cents back. Got my receipt total was 8.93 receipt said I gave 9.00 cash tendered. Beware...

I just miss the interaction with people and not order from a big phone when I go. I could have stayed home and done that.
I don’t get McDonals very often, but I ordered lunch on the app and picked it up at around 2:30p on a weekday. Ordering was easy and there are great deals on the app. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was especially considering fast food during less busy hours.
Literally the best McDonald’s in Hamilton county. We always come around lunchtime. Always hot food, the customers service is outstanding with smiles and greeting to my kiddos. We moved a little further away and still 2 years later I always look forward to stopping at this location. Love the pride in the work ethic and friendliness from all the employees here!
If I could leave a lower review I would. Slowest working crew next to the crew off the fishers exit. Over 10 minutes!!!! I tried going in to to get it and she was like “it wasn’t ready yet” meanwhile I see three girls on their phones, it feels like the nicer the area the more “privileged” these workers feel
I ordered an egg sausage McMuffin, NO EGG CAME WITH IT!!! Just fire the whole crew and rehire.

Bunch of clowns work here. Thought the Ringling Brothers stopped performing. They obviously have no idea how to read a ticket. There's a large difference between HONEY MUSTARD and HOT HONEY. If you can't read that why are they working there. They hang up when you request to speak to a dm. Foolish!

Worst experience I have ever had. The tables are always dirty when I come in and never cleaned. The food sometimes takes forever. I had ordered a bunch of stuff one night and the fries literally tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The nuggets were hard and the 2 strawberry pies I ordered were very overcooked and burnt. After deciding to complain the employees were very rude and just started laughing at me when I told them what was wrong with my order. Then I had 1 lady manger come over and ask me what the hell do you want. And I very politely said I wanted a remake of almost my whole order. Then the lady said give me a second. And then they sent another manager over and she explained that it was not their fault and they would not do anything. After that I was very upset and the manager decided to make an exception she so called it. Then she took my food back and I thought I was getting the food remade. But what I saw was the lady just handing my food to another employee and then he came over and said here’s your new stuff. This is not ok and feels like a scam to me. Very unprofessional here. Would not recommend.

Dont pull forward if they ask. They will short you items you paid for each and every time. Only trying to make their time. Not your meal. Robbery!!!
