Morning and lunch is okay with good staff. Dinner drive to a different location!! Sit @ the drive thru window for 6min with no response (only car in the drivethru) say hello and rudely greeted with I will be with you shortly... 3 min later and still the only car say hello again and was snapped at saying I already told you I will be with you shortly. Gave up and went inside. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes being ignored, tried the kiosk and couldn't pay at it saying had to go to the counter. After another long wait placed the order. The same Hispanic guy that doesn't speak English gave my food to the table next to me, they opened all the food lifting the buns saying it wasn't thier order, he slid the tray to me and said here your order. I requested fresh food that hasn't been touched. He brought new food out that was wrong and argued that I was wrong until I showed the receipt. Broght the food out for a 3rd time slamming it down and still had it wrong. Gave up and went home to correct it myself. This same Hispanic guy is the same who last month messed up my order giving me someone else's order and when I told him it was wrong he just gave it to the car next to me. (I told the car that I touched the food he just gave him and they stormed off to speak to the mgr....guess that did no good). Who manages this and why are they not held accountable?
