This was my second rehab experience, and I wish it would have been my first. Amazing staff, amazing amenities, amazing experience, and amazongly knowledgable staff across the board! Also lowkey fell In love with one of the pharmacy techs, hope you see this and realize you and your adorable vampire smile helped me get through a rough month.
I actually have some huge gripes with this place but I will keep them to myself, I do not want to deter anyone from going here. I’ve been elsewhere, and if I have to go back I’d go here no contest.

The only reason I was able to get sober and stay sober was music city detox. The detox makes the withdrawal not so bad. The groups keep you busy and focused on sobriety. The staff is great. The food was excellent. Just an all around great experience. Going there was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Worse experience ever. In-take person argued with me for over 20 minutes because we didn’t want to go to their recommended treatment facility in Florida. After convincing them that we prefer treatment in Tennessee they put Ryan on the phone who totally was unprepared and began to counsel me for being an enabler. I’m a loved one concerned about my daughter and was attacked. Musical City Detox needs to improve the quality of their staff because Ryan needs a new job. He is not doing MCD any good. Find another facility if you can!
Finding yourself in a position where you have to help a friend or loved one get into treatment is never something you prepare for, and it’s one of the hardest decisions you can make. When I reached out to Music City Detox, Ashley was the person who walked me through everything — and I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without her.
She was calm, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, answer every question, and help me navigate a situation that felt overwhelming and emotional. What could have been chaotic and confusing became manageable because of her support.

I have been fighting addiction for 15 years and I can say this is the only program where I felt heard. The groups led by Monica helped me more than she could ever know. Groups that taught me so much and will stay with me long after leaving the program. Than the therapy I received there with my therapist Breanna was exactly what I needed. She gave me so many different coping skills that I seriously have used almost daily. I felt heard and before I knew it I had worked thru issues I have held onto forever. I never thought it was possible. Finally Sarah my caseworker. She went above and beyond for me. There was an issue with my insurance and I was dropped, she worked relentlessly til she found an insurance for me so I was covered. I cant say enough about this program. If you are ready, this is the program for you!
I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is amazing and I truly feel they gave me my sister back. I want to single out Sarah...she went above and beyond in helping my sister. Because of her and her never ending help, her warmth, her heart, and compassion my sister is thriving...the world needs more Sarahs!!
Went here for 20+- days for detoxing after multiple years of heavy drinking. Techs, case managers, therapists (Jeff) was mine are awesome, and very supportive during a very difficult time. If anyone is struggling to find a facility, do not hesitate about coming here! Thank you for all the help & support in every way

Stopped by Music City Detox to support a friend, and I was blown away. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff genuinely care. Their programs go beyond detox—they focus on long-term recovery, mental health, and overall wellness. I felt so reassured knowing my friend was getting top-notch care.
I went to Music City Detox on October 29, 2024, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT THERE! Everyone is so nice and really is there to help! The only thing I did not like it's that they would come get you out of caseload for bs some times. They helped me get my life back! Thank yall so much!
There are better options out there with a more complete grasp on client agency and personalized care. If I had a friend or loved one in need, I would never send them to this company for care. I know this ownership group, and I would recommend other options.
This place is horrible. They lie to you over the phone to get you there and then you are basically trapped once you get there. I had a seizure from their detox protocol and because they didn't witness my seizure, they said it didn't happen. I didn't see a doctor until my 3rd day there! Both the nurses and doctors are extremely rude and don't care about your health. They don't have hardly any clients there, so they will tell you anything on the phone so they can fill beds. When I finally couldn't take it anymore and told them that I wanted to leave, that's when the real evil of the place came out. They wouldn't let me use the phone to arrange transportation, they refused to give me my phone and wallet. I came from another state and there was no way to fly back home or even get an Uber since they refused to give me my wallet. My parents had to drive 6 hours to come get me. This place just basically shoved me out the door with no care or concern with what would happen to me. I was stuck outside on 900 degree heat and they refused to let me have a water or Gatorade to leave with. That's a horrible way to treat people. The place is in the middle of nowhere, so I couldn't walk anywhere. They refused to give me all the medicine that I brought. The place is some old office building that is badly remodeled. The best things you can do is consider going somewhere else for your own safety! Don't listen to the people on the phone, because they aren't even at the facility, they are in a call center. They get a commission on how many clinics that they can get in there. Beware of Megan at the call center, she is supposed to be the director of admissions and she is nothing but a liar. She promised me a flight home but when I wanted to leave, she cancelled the flight and proceeded to call me names and cussed me out. In closing, stay away from this place for your own health and safety. There are many other detox's in Nashville to choose from. They just want to fill their many empty beds and will tell you anything to get you there. I can't say enough how inhumane these people are. Stay away!

Wow! Great place and they really have there hearts in this job. Right from the beginning my Pre admission was super smooth and Rachel did a great job explaining the place and making me feel comfortable before even admitting. I wasn’t just a client to them like most places I was truly cared for!
