Mike at MCAS has strung me along for three months now, waiting for a simple quote for an attic fan. He may have good intentions but his customer service is zero. AVOID THIS COMPANY for anything but a BIG JOB.

Mike replaced our lower roof and skylight when we bought our house and gave us exquisite service. He and his team were quick to respond to questions and were nothing but respectful and professional. We will absolutely call them to return when it’s time to replace our upper roof.

They just now finished a small and tricky job for us. I’ve used MCAS twice. The first time they repaired my skylight that was leaking. The second they repaired my roof. Both times they were professional, on time and fast. The price was very competitive as well. I highly recommend MCAS.

MCAS did a fantastic job on our roof. It was a big project and required removing three layers of roof and laying down all new plywood plus new shingles. There were some additions to the scope, but Mike did his best to work with me to keep the costs down - I am happy knowing it was done right and will last for years to come. MCAS was very easy to do business with. Mike spent time going over my roof with me and added in more venting which is why we had softness going on. It was our second roof living in my house for 35 years. This time we ripped the wood. The time of year with Covid prices of lumbar were high but starting to come down. He quoted a price with intentions to give me a refund if it should come down more which he did. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and friends. We can sleep well at night knowing there is a brand new roof to protect us.
