Lived here for one year. When we moved in the ice maker didn’t work and they never fixed it while we lived there. Switched property managers through out the lease and there was no communication about things not working/pool being closed. There is no where to submit emergency maintenance requests. When you call the leasing office, it kicks you to a sister property and they never return phone calls. My lease was up on the 30th and then on the 3rd they auto withdrew rent for October when I don’t even live there. Save the headache and live somewhere else.
I honestly loved living here until Candy left the management office. The new manager is rude and has an attitude problem. I called about not receiving my deposit after 30 days, which in the state of Nebraska they are supposed to send within 14 days. She told me on the phone the check was mailed out on the 18th of May, but that’s hilarious cause when I received the check it wasn’t even written until June 8th, as well as mailed postage says June 8th. Who would seriously want an apartment manager that lies? Quite honestly there is other apartment options better in the area, with better management. I signed my lease stating the cleaning fee was going to be $85, stated in the written contract. Then I get my deposit back and over $250 in cleaning fees? Highly don’t recommend overall.

This apartment was listed as a Second Chance apartment. When I started explaining the situation it was very clear that this is not a second chance apartment at all. The front desk person wasn't helpful and instantly said that I will get denied when I began mentioning a late fee (I am completely current on my rent and have paid the fees). Instantly judged and she told me she didn't want to waste my time and I agreed. I am coming from a bad management company that caused so much drama trying to evict me the first week of the month when I lived there for years. She said that they would do that there too. On the 7th of the month? Yes, on the 7th of the month they will threaten you with eviction. Sounds like they will charge you for every little thing they can. The vibes were completely off and unwelcoming. She didn't even give me the brochure or offer to show me around. New employee or not have customer service. I have notified the company that put their apartment on their list as well. Out of the 3 criteria qualifications I pass 2, but it sounds like they will not work with you at all with the rental verification. I asked about cosigner. Nope. I asked about larger deposit. Nope. You are telling me enough about what my experience will be like and I am glad I did not even attempt to apply after looking at the reviews of this complex.
Buildings are not taken care of, dog poop and trash litter the grounds.
When asking deb for help with noise from other tenants waking up our kids at midnight, she told me "I'm out with my friends, there's nothing I can do about it."
Edit: Still waiting for our deposit to be returned. Has been over a month now, have reached out to deb a few times with no help.

Such an amazing place to be!! Debi is one of the nicest Souls I have ever met! She understood my situation and helped me through some difficult times!! I’m grateful for her and she’s loved there by many!!! Very compassionate and caring, easy to work with and that’s what this world needs more of!! 💜💜💜
Debi is the best property manager ever she is quick and efficient to respond if you have any issues. The property is clean and kept free of dog poop because they do DNA poo prints. Trusting maintenance staff and great cleaning crew who keep hallways well kept. Would 10/10 recommend renting from here love my place and really nice neighbors :)
My experience with Deb, the property manager was above and beyond! She took the time to explain everything to me clearly and was polite, kind and understanding with my current situation. She made my experience of renting an apartment for the first time in my life a breeze! She took her time listening to my needs and wants and made sure that everything that I had expressed was met.
The buildings and property are clean and my apartment is perfect. I highly recommend this property and their staff!
The buildings are nice for the most part, but the property manager is extremely rude and doesn’t care about tenants. We attempted to rent an apartment, and were told incorrect information several times. We wasted money applying and then she told us the truth after. We said we needed a first floor apartment and she said “what’s the deal with that? Why on earth do you need a first floor?” We also asked to come tour another floorplan as the one we were told was available was not, and she said “well…. Are you even gonna be interested in it? I don’t want to waste my time on this if it’s not something you’re gonna want.” She said lots of other rude things, too. It’s very sad- this location has a lot of potential but it’s not worth dealing with that every day. She also leaves rude notes on tenant/building doors frequently.
We have a new front office person, but they never call you back when you leave messages, you can't leave messages on the mba site either. They need to have a complaint box. Also paying so much for rent, we need at least security on site. And for appliances are little out dated, but do run. All I can say you paying for the location not place. If we get communications with the front office, it would help.
