EDIT (June 2024) I came here again yesterday and my experience was absolutely phenomenal again. I’ve had some sessions last year with Anna and Kinga (they are both absolute gems!) but put the rest of my sessions on hold due to unfortunate financial issues. My skin was absolutely flawless, had zero breakouts only since recently- I tried some new skincare that my skin did not like and it left me with new scars/break outs, so I decided to resume treatments as my finances are better now. I have a little redness which will go down, but my skin is looking much smoother, tighter and even, the breakouts have calmed down. My confidence is coming back which is the most important thing. I’m excited for my next three sessions, my skin will be looking absolutely flawless! Anna (the owner), Lara, Stephanie, Svetlana and Kinga (although she doesn’t work here anymore, I had two treatments with her last year- I always left looking and feeling flawless, skin was her passion!) are all lovely, kind and so hospitable, not only do they provide you with impeccable 5 star service and attention to detail, but they also offer their time and mental attention. Anna’s hospitality and care is just second to none. She will make sure you leave looking airbrushed and she is so kind, you can have a chat and confide in her about anything! The girls all offered me emotional support as my confidence was low due to the new scars/ breakouts- Lara’s positive, warm energy was so uplifting and her skin expertise was perfect. Stephanie has such a comforting and welcoming personality, she’s wonderful! I 100% recommend this clinic! Original review (June 2023): I had an amazing experience at this clinic! I discovered the clinic through Wowcher and had fractional laser booked for my face. It did not hurt at all! I saw instant results after, my skin looked bright, smooth and much more even, I honestly felt so beautiful and pampered. I can’t wait for my second session and will definitely be booking a package of six sessions soon. A special mention goes to Anna who did my treatment! Such a lovely place with lovely people, I felt so welcomed by everyone🥰highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Medispa, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The director, Anna, possesses a wealth of knowledge about the various treatments offered and took the time to walk me through each one with great care. Her vibrant personality and passion for her work made the consultation both informative and enjoyable. During my treatment, Priyanka took over, and her expertise was evident from the start. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but her friendly and talkative nature made the time fly by. It's rare to find someone who is both a master at their craft and a delight to be around. I highly recommend Medispa to anyone looking for top-notch service delivered by genuinely wonderful people.

I have been having an excellent experience with laser hair removal at MediSpa! I have tried different laser treatments in the past and let me tell you, this is different and completely pain free. The location is so convenient and central and the clinic is clean and tidy. But what sets MediSpa apart is the staff. A big thank you to Stephanie, who has been so professional, helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate my having to reschedule my recent appointments due to medical reasons and to Lara, who is so sweet and very good at what she does - you can tell she’s passionate and knows how to make a customer feel at ease and make the treatment enjoyable! They really make sure the customer feels taken care of.

My experience at Mayfair Medispa has been very positive so far. First it's just a few minutes away from the tube and easy to find. The staff are great, everything was explained to me clearly and expectations managed well. Most importantly-the results from my treatments have been fantastic, and so with everything combined I'm more than happy to recommend them.

What a wonderful place!!! I bought laser hair removal online at the salon and was indoctrinated from the moment I entered the building - what a friendly and competent group of women that work here, it makes me tempted to switch careers. Priyanka is lovely, thorough and the treatment is working well on my legs. I also had lip filler with Dr Maria yesterday and they look amazing! She is an artist. Before and after photos uploaded, I shouldn’t be wearing lippie yet but wanted to show them off. Thank you so much!

I’m doing laser hair removal on my face and so far my experience has been amazing. My go to gal is PRIYANKA she’s so attentive and so efficient. The place is really cute, under 7 min walk from Bond Street, they always offer tea and drinks which is a nice little touch. The machine is working well on me, I am south Asian brown skin and so far so good! Keep up the great customer service Priyanka!!

Outstanding clinic! I’ve had laser hair removal done by Priyanka who is very professional, skilled and attentive. The clinic staff are all lovely particularly Anna who is very knowledgeable about all the treatments and Stephanie at reception who is kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Medispa Mayfair is truly an exceptional medical spa. Over the past few months, I've had several treatments here including body sculpting, laser hair removal, and fractional laser treatments - and I couldn't be happier with the results. The body sculpting treatments have been incredibly effective at slimming and contouring my problem areas. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my shape. The laser hair removal produced excellent results. And the fractional laser is undergoing but so far has done wonders for my skin's texture and appearance. What really sets Medispa apart is the outstanding team. Everyone from Stephanie at reception to the aesthetic practitioners Lara and Nelly, to the founder Anna, have been remarkably kind, professional and committed to ensuring the best possible experience. They take the time to understand your concerns and goals, explain the treatments thoroughly, and make you feel completely at ease. I have been going to Mayfair medispa for years. I have always received the best care and treatment by Anna and the amazing team at the clinic. I suffer with acne breakouts, and being a model and actress, it can be difficult. Anna always fits me into her busy schedule last minute, and the results from the laser treatments and other treatments she carries out, never fail me. Highly recommended. Thanks ☺️

I would like to share my experience with the treatment I’ve received in this place , I paid £1500 for a face treatment which was meant to be clear my hyperpigmentation , results 0 . Is exactly the same no improvement or clear some of it . Laser removal I’ve paid several packets again 0 results. If you ask why did I buy , it was because every month I would pay for some ,, promotions “ Anna was doing the face treatment she promised me if I do 6 sessions my hyperpigmentation would disappear. Which definitely was not true Also laser treatment was a disaster.When I told Anna that I m not happy , I m not seeing any improvement she said that I will see it at the end of treatment thing that didn’t happen.And I can continue with all this story but nothing will make me feel better after all this experience and waste of money .
