This hotel (and maybe other MGM hotels?) has really gone downhill. First of all, they no longer give you any room appliances… no refrigerator, no microwave and no coffee. I spent over $350/night when you factor in the resort fees and I couldn’t even make myself a cup of coffee! They don’t make enough at this hotel/casino?! The other thing is that their soap/lotion products that they ”provide” you in your room smell like cigarettes. Not exaggerating. I smelled it immediately and then I pointed out my observation to my sister and husband and as soon as I did, they noticed it as well. One last thing… i have one favorite card game that they used to have a few tables of (Pai Gow) now they have 1 table with a ridiculous minimum ($50) and the rest are empty blackjack tables. Had to go to Palace station because all of the MGM hotels were like that.
I’ll re-consider next time where I stay when I go to Vegas. I’m super disappointed because it was one of my favorites.

Absolutely an amazing experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The newly improved and renovated rooms are a true testament to how nice the hotel is. It is a clean and safe hotel. There are no odors or funny smells in the rooms. Safety is a priority to anyone. A keycard is required to enter the elevators. This is huge step up from other hotels in the area. The atmosphere is great and the casino floor is easy to navigate. I also appreciate the management at this hotel. After we were booked into the wrong hotel room, the staff made all the appropriate corrections to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We visit often, we love the location of this hotel and all the dining inside. The pizza place is great, the steak house is also good. But the best of all is El Fornaio the Italian restaurant. The bone in ribeye is one of the best steaks I have had ANYWHERE! I would put that against even the finest steak houses. This hotel has everything within walking distance available. The rooms are very comfy and beds are great with an abundance of pillows. I can’t think of one negative experience to any of our 15+ stays here. Have fun and enjoy!

I will never stay at this hotel again. The service of the hotel staff absolutely sucks! I have been here many times but never again. My husband went to take a shower and he was standing in a huge puddle of water. Which is straight nasty. I'm also disabled so I was not able to take a shower before we left on our airplane because of this reason. The service downstairs of the waitresses is pretty much non existent. We had to sit at the bar to even get a drink. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else
