I have been in Maxon’s several times and I am always greeted right away. Though I have not yet been able to make a purchase, I am hoping that will change in the future. It is a beautiful store with an amazing selection. They have such an outstanding, courteous, set of employees. Mr. Rick and Mrs. Jane McElvaine, though I know scarcely, seem to be top notch owners. (Sorry about the lost connection on the phone Mrs. McElvaine! 😲) What I hear from everyone who has been a customer of Maxon’s, have had nothing to say but positive comments. If you do have any questions, I recommend Caleb Davis. Mr. Davis is BEYOND professional. He is an experienced guy when it comes to jewelry. Maxon’s is the only authorized Rolex dealer in the area. Even in times where these watches are scarce, I believe this AD does it’s best to fit Springfield with some of the nicest jewelry and watches in the Mid-West!

I’ve been a customer of Maxons Fine Jewelry for almost 18 yrs, bought my Ist watch ( Tag Heuer ) which I still currently have, my ist Rolex ( SS GMT Master) and the list goes on... Can’t say enough about Rick & Jane Mclavaine and the entire staff of Maxons , hands down the best , honest people around in the business and knowledge when it comes to luxury time pieces. They treat thier customers like Family. Even having to move to NYC , still miss the people in the Ozarks, warm & friendly. All the Best to the Maxons Family, can’t wait to visit your new store next time we visit Springfield. See you soon ❤️

My wife and I LOVE stopping by Maxon Jewelry every time we go to “the Lake”. The entire staff is friendly, always greeting us with a smile and drink offerings. The store has an amazing selection of high-quality jewelry and timepieces. Caleb is our non-pressure salesman, that we have purchased a couple of one-of-the-kind vintage pieces and a watch. Caleb is a great guy that we trust with all our purchases. If you are ever in the area, stop by and look around. You never know when you will find a hidden gem.

This is one of several purchases we have made with Dustin and we will never go anywhere else. He always knocks it out of the park. He helped me totally nail it on the Valentine’s Day gift this year. Dustin never disappoints. Wife says it’s exactly what she wanted. 10/10

Always a world class experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We have worked with Dustin on a number of pieces so far and he and the team never disappoints. If you are in the Springfield, Branson, SWMO or NW Arkansas area and looking for jewelry or watches make Maxon your first stop. Their service and quality is truly second to none.

I've had good and bad experiences at Maxon. I've purchased 3 Rolex and 1 Tag at Maxon over the past several years. The sales folks often "size me up" and I receive very inconsistent service. I find that some of their employees judge me solely on looks (I look young and in my 40's). On one occasion, my sales person was asked to help another customer while showing me a watch....I wasn't provided with another salesperson and was ignored. Oh well, it was addressed with Rick and I went ahead to purchase a Rolex. Until recently....I called to special order a new Rolex and I was told, "it is not possible". My buddy had just special ordered a new Rolex from them a few days before I asked. After purchasing almost $40K in watches from them, I would expect Maxon to remember me and try to keep my business. Tip for Maxon: today's younger generation are and will be your future customers.

Ryan, would you please contact the store and let us know what name the watches were purchased under? We went through our records and couldn’t find anyone named Ryan that purchased the timepieces mentioned above, we also ran reports of Tag Heuer and Rolex watches sold and couldn’t find a client profile matching yourself. As a small family owned store, we keep very detailed records of every transaction and get to know each person. We pride ourselves in equal treatment to all clients, whether they are getting repair work done or purchasing multiple time pieces like you state you have. I don't leave reviews that often but I make an exception when a place really stands out. I recently moved into this area about two years ago and have recently finished school. I was also turning 30 this year and looking for something really special to celebrate the next phase of life. I went in to Maxon's looking for that special something. Over the next few months I got to know Kendra really well and she is absolutely fantastic. It took a lot of time and patience but she was able to find me an absolutely beautiful timepiece that I will treasure for many years to come. I can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming everyone is there. I also have to give a shout-out to Jessica. She is super nice and friendly and you can tell she loves what she does. I got to know her during my last few visits and I can confidently say now that anyone you talk to here will be an very professional and helpful for anything jewelry related. Thanks again Maxon's!
