If it’s Apple take it to Matilda, for your own sanity. Don’t take it to an unauthorised repairer, it WILL end up costing you more and your issue won’t be resolved. 20 minutes with Leon and everything was sorted.

So grateful for Brenton especially at Matilda Internet. He was really responsive to my problem and my time limits (moving town). So I had my laptop back the day before I was due to leave (today). He ordered the new screen promptly, it came in good time (despite COVID) and was all ready to go the day before our move. Thank you Matilda, much appreciated. And thanks for recommending the course of action when my computer was just out of warranty - Apple was very generous. And for the new case to protect my laptop from future damage.

I can not speak highly enough about this business. We have had issues with Internet mainly NBN and even problems with our TV. Matilda Internet has always been there to explain what the issue is and how to fix it (even if its not their issue). They go out of their way to help you and are very professional. I would highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend Matilda Mackay. I recently had screen issues with my Macbook Pro so I dropped it in on the Monday and by Thursday I had a message to let me know it was all fixed! Techs also cleared up storage and explained clearly what they had done. The service was personalised and very quick. 5 stars!
