Easy to work with, on time and seem less & fast installation. The only thing they need to improve on is clean up which the Owner tries his very best to inform his team. They have a slight room for improvement which needed on every business to grow! Other than that, we love our roof and skylight! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Truly spectacular roof install and team of experts. I would give it 4.99🌟 Bryan is easy to work with and very professional! They are close to perfection and I would hire them again for the next roofing job.

I'm rating First Class Roofing 10 out of 5. When the strong winds loosened a corner of my gutter, creating continuous loud banging in my neighborhood, I called a couple of roofers for an estimate on my 21 y.o. roof. I was told they will only inspect if I first signed a form to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance. Prior, I have done on-line research on signs of wind damage, e.g. blown shingles, and unfortunately I didn't see any, not even a tiny piece. First Class was last on my list. Hmm. . . average level 5 rating; statistically impossible but worth a try. Bryan Dugan called me back within the hour and came to inspect my roof. After looking at my loose gutter, he went to his truck, got his tools out, climbed to the 2d story roof and nailed down the buggah securely. He said my roof was showing age but no wind damage. But, if it had damage, he would work with me on a claim. I hired him on the spot.
Bryan put action into the spirit of Aloha and Ohana. He didn't try to pull a roof over my head. He freely shares his knowledge of the roofing business that he built upon, starting as an 18 y.o. roofer. You just have to meet him to experience what I am saying. He's highly responsive before and after the job. I texted him on a Saturday just to test, and he responded immediately! [Sorry, Brian.]
He mentioned other roofers that I might want to call. Basically, he did not want My business; I had to want HIS business. He also installed the top of the line solar attic fan as well as using only a top rated shingle product-line. He did not cut corners for profit and gave me a discount. He and his crew finished the job in 1.5 days. They showed up 30 minutes before start time to lay out everything and set up their PPEs! His workers of 5 were polite and worked in unison, like busy worker bees on a mission. After a thorough clean up, Bryan flew a drone over my roof for final inspection and emailed photos to me plus a bonus photo of my family. I'm still smiling . . .

The quality of the work completed was top notch. I was most impressed with the clean up. Our grass had grown a little thicker then usual. After roof work was completed we mowed. Very few nails etc were found. The workers were both skill and nice. Almost anyone could assist in answering technical concerns I had. The work was finished in a timely manner with quality being the major concern.
Overall the value was there. One of the lower bids yet the products used were of greater quality increasing the value received.

First Class is an excellent description of the service this team provides. Bryan was able to find an almost exact match to the discontinued roofing tiles my HOA requires. When the tiles arrived, his team immediately got to work and had everything staged on the roof the first day on Site. The 2nd day on site, they had 90% of the roof installed. on the 3rd day, they completed the entire job and had extra time to do some repairs and replacements to my existing roof, and clean up all of the rubbish at the site. I would highly recommend First Class Roofing!

I would recommend working with this company in future. They did good work, went above and beyond scope of working to make sure there were absolutely no leaking issues and provided certificate of warranty if anything should happen. Went through BBB for referrals for a roof replacement job. Of the companies that contacted us, First Class Roofing LLC's Bryan (& Alyssa) rose to the top of our list. We found Bryan to be professional and knowledgeable, yet, friendly and personable. He recommended a roof product for its reliability and longevity. His price was reasonable and he fit us into a great schedule. We asked various questions and got solid, satisfactory answers. The job started and ended in one day thanks to an experienced crew, timely supply delivery, good weather, and all around superb job coordination and teamwork. We're very pleased with the job completed. A key piece is communication and responsiveness, which we feel is very important and Bryan more than exceeded in this regard. If you are ever westbound on the H-1 freeway take a look on your left about half a mile before Home Depot and you will see a large completed reroofing job at Pearl City Hongwanji. First Class roofing replaced our old rusty roof and did a first class job. The boss Bryan is very honest and upfront. Everything he said he would do he did and at a very fair price. We got 3 bids for our reroof job and First Class Roofing was by far the best bid. Some of our board of directors members were hesitant because First Class Roofing is such a young company. But we voted to accept their bid and we are glad we did. The job took around 7 working days and was just completed today 1-23-2023, the quality looks good. We definitely recommend First Class Roofing for any large or small job.
