Went to them for emergency service on my diesel emissions system. They misdiagnosed issue from the start, tried to charge me for parts I did not need and recommended an entire new emmisions unit ($$$$$$$$). This was on a Friday so I told them to put old parts back in , undispatched and limped it home to Iowa since they could not do anymore until the following Monday. Took truck to my mechanic back home for the recommended repair....turned out that one of sensor they said they put in as part of diagnosics and wanted me to leave in and pay for, according to my mechanic was NEVER REMOVED. My mechanic said it took over an hour to break through the rust and corrision and that there is no way it was removed and then put back in. Secondly the DEF fluid they said tested good (this was the warning I took it in for -Poor Quality DEF warning) was the issue all along, it tested 12 points below minimum specifications. They charged me $600 labor for diagnostics they botched up and labor to remove and reinstall parts I did not need and one they never got out..... Could be a mechanics incompetence or taking short cuts.. OR the company trying to pad repair bill vs. simple fix but either way I would NOT recommend them for anything.....

Jalynn took my call and was very professional and courteous. We were the town over with fifth wheel issues. Jalynn was up front about possibly not having parts they needed to do a more advanced repair. Our driver showed up, and they got on it and were able to get us temporarily fixed so we can make it back home on a Friday and have the full rebuild done back home. We frequent this area, and Mast Service Center is now our 1st call

The guys at the front desk were helpful and kind and best of all they believe in Jesus! Service was professional.

I went for a simple service and came out with I whole new understanding of what a shop is supposed to be like. They checked my truck over from top to bottom and listed everything that was wrong with it. I was relying to heavily on truck stops that only did the bare minimum and never reported anything going bad or needing replaced. My fault, won’t happen again. I’ve taken it to two different dealerships with a random ABS problem a md spent thousands for them both to tell me they couldn’t find the problem. Mast found it and it seamed easy. Anyway they listed my problems in order of severity and left it up to me to pick and choose what I wanted fixed. Never any pressure. They’ve made a lifelong customer. Thanks guys.
