I’ve known these guys for years and the level I was at when I met them compared to doing the workshop again this time around is incredible inspiring me looking back at how far I’ve really come. I went to the Master Mind and Money seminar today with no expectations, and I’m honestly so glad I did. I’ve completed all three of MJB’s core seminars — Relationships, Letting It Go and Student Teacher Profit. While I did experience some personal insights and value during these events, there are aspects of my journey that have left a deeply disappointing and sour taste that I can’t ignore. From the outset, one of the biggest promises made was that “you won’t be let out of the room until you get it. (I did not “get it.”) What I did get, however, was a relentless upsell to the next seminar. The promise of transformation felt increasingly tied to how much more money I was willing to spend. I also paid an additional $5,500 for one-on-one coaching with Mitch, under the assurance that I’d be personally guided and held accountable. Unfortunately, “accountability” seemed to vanish the moment I hit a rough patch. Rather than being supported to get back on track, I was shunned in a one on one session with Mitch. Something I never expected after such a significant financial and emotional investment. What truly crossed a line for me was being denied a refund on a $6,000 deposit for another program I never even started. Mitch has often stated during seminars that he’s refunded others when it was clear the path wasn’t right for them — that wasn’t extended to me. I didn’t want conflict. I just wanted a respectful, fair resolution. Instead, I was met with a closed door. One of the key wealth principles they teach is to pay your taxes and embrace paying bills as a form of gratitude and responsibility — a moral and ethical foundation that genuinely resonated with me. That’s why I was deeply surprised and disappointed to hear that Mitch had, at one point, approached another client asking them to falsify an invoice under their business to help him avoid certain expenses or save money. This felt like a direct contradiction of the values they promote, and it seriously undermined the credibility of what was being taught. When all is said and done, my issue is not with personal growth — it’s with the contradiction between what’s preached and what’s practiced. For an organisation that talks so much about alignment, values, and integrity, I felt there was a distinct lack of all three when it really mattered and when I needed them the most. This is my truth, and I share it so others can make an informed decision. Growth is valuable — but it should never come at the cost of your self-worth or be leveraged through pressure and contradiction. The main reason for this review is because I feel like I’ve been ripped off by not being given a refund. I can understand if someone does not want to work with you or they find you too difficult but to keep their money does not sit well with me. My response to MJB’s reply: To clarify, my review was not a criticism of the three core seminars or the one-on-one coaching with Mitch. As I stated, I did receive personal insights and value from those experiences. My concern is specifically with the EVOLVE program, for which I paid a $6,000 deposit and never started in any capacity. There were no sessions attended, no online materials accessed, and no discussions held with any staff members regarding that program beyond the meeting I had when I paid my deposit. I would strongly encourage you to check your records, as they will clearly reflect this. As for the claim regarding the falsified invoice, this was not an isolated comment shared in secrecy. It was brought up in a group discussion involving at least four other individuals, all of whom can confirm that the same information was shared. The person who initially raised it is someone I trust implicitly. They shared the experience out of genuine discomfort and concern — While I won’t name them publicly, I stand by the credibility of their account and the integrity of those who witnessed the same. To jog Mitch’s memory: it was regarding a plumbing leak that he was trying to avoid paying water corp for. A refund at this point would be a clear act of living the values you teach. Regards, James

Thanks to Mitch and Mills, I am beginning to reshape my life the way that I see a successful life for me should be. They explain how the mind works in response to situations and behaviours in a logical, common sense way that does not require me to be psychologist, psychiatrist, behaviourist, or scientist. They back up their knowledge with science. Thank you Mitch and Mills, it has only been six months and already I am achieving things I have dreamt of for years and am starting to see the new possibilities arising again.
