Absolutely, under no circumstances, should you hire this group. They left our porch project unfinished for 5 months now. There is no indication of their return. Don't make the same mistake we did. He provides excuse after excuse and takes no blame. Unsafe, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Trash from other projects deposited in our dumpster. Debris not secured.

I used Master Builders to do a complete exterior remodel on my home. They replaced 2 decks, all the exterior doors, all the windows, completely resided the house and the detached garage. The Master Builder crew and their sub contractors, were professional, responsive and did a great job. The General Manager, Anderson, is a guy who listens to his customers project needs and requests. He responds with professional opinions and design options and makes sure the project is aesthetically appealing to his customer. As well as, it is done in accordance with all state and local building codes. Anderson stands behind his work and goes above and beyond to accommodate and please his customer. If you are looking for a contractor with conscientious quality and professionalism for your restoration or building needs call Master Builders.

I'd give 4 1/2 stars if possible, but not the full five. We hired MasterBuilders to replace our existing open side porch with an enclosed porch. It was a fairly small job so we had a somewhat difficult time finding someone to take it on. Anderson from MasterBuilders was immediately responsive when we reached out to him for this. He came by almost right away, had very good, solid ideas of what the project required, and his quote was extremely reasonable. He also gave us really good feedback regarding the question of if we wanted the porch heated or not. (We decided on not, because it would have greatly raised the cost, but also because Anderson was correct that with the insulation, it would work as what we needed for our purposes.) He said it would probably take two to three weeks for the project, which I knew enough to calculate out to really mean likely six weeks. We were okay with that - it was a small enough project that we knew it was going to be fitted in between other ones. He started the work quickly, and the tear-down of the old porch was done in the first week. Things got slower after that, but still moved along fairly steadily, a bit at a time. The general structure was up pretty quickly, and we were extremely pleased with Anderson's vision - the way the roof was constructed worked very well with the existing roof of the house, the stairs and materials were all of good quality, and the guys doing the work were very diligent and polite. I will say that the project did slow down greatly at that point. Weather definitely had a part in that - it was extremely rainy for a while there - but the final items (moving a doorbell, which would have been better done much earlier in the project, but wasn't done until the very end, despite repeated reminders on our end, installing a ceiling light, doorknob, and drain spouts) took three more weeks and a lot of follow-ups for the project to be completed. Master Builders installed quartz countertops in my kitchen after I renovated it. I was extremely pleased with the product and even more so with the customer service. Anderson was great at keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Considering the post-pandemic delays, the timeline was relatively quick. Master Builders also installed a backsplash I purchased from another source. I wish the company had done my entire kitchen install. Excellent work, professional and on-time. Master Builders will be my next project, and I am confident they will do my bathrooms!

I worked with master builder for the front porch renovation, the sole reason i went ahead with this company was bcoz of reviews on google, but wasn’t that case Yes they did completed the work but they took 3 -4 weeks longer than estimated time , when following up they say some emergency on other projects blah blah. Also our close friend had hired Masterbuilder based on reviews, they were also facing the issue, prolonging work, so anyone hiring them, make sure to mention the tentative work days for project completion, and also mention every detail on contract so as a customer you be on safer side. Wont be hiring them again. Company late on delivery but on time for payment collection

Anderson from Master Builders was very responsive, friendly, and and his crew did quick work installing marble tile in our kitchen, which was originally laminate hardwood. During his initial visit, he carefully explained everything, our options, and provided a detailed quote. Although it was a relatively small job, we would definitely use and recommend Anderson for future projects!

Despite the rising costs of everything, we got a fair quote that was thousands less than the two other contractors we checked. The work was done on time despite a few rain delays. Workers were competent and courteous and project leader (Anderson) always attentive to our concerns. I would gladly recommend them.

We moved to Massachusetts 4 years ago. We bought a fixer-upper and needed a good contractor to help us. Since we did not know anyone, we turned online, and were very lucky to meet Anderson. He did all the really large and complicated projects for us. (installing a new bathroom, upgrading all the rooms in the house with paint and flooring, and building a new deck) His work is always high quality, and done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a good reliable contractor, look no further!
