I inquired about a roof estimate and it was a very fair price. I did not use Master roofing after all, because my insurance only requires a roof inspection and certification. I will do that first. But, if I need a roof replacement, I feel confident that master roofing can Handel the job. Ari Schultz was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service.

Master Roofing Inc took care of our old leaky roof pretty fast and the whole crew was super friendly. They explained what they were doing in simple terms, showed up on time and left our yard cleaner than before, really happy with how everything turned out.

Requested a roof inspection. Contacted me post inspection asking for a commitment over the phone to a full roof replacement without any details, documentation or a quote. Spent more time talking about what a great company they were and that they give all new roof installs a free gift than time spent Discussing the actual roof or costs. All high-pressure sales. When I said for a full roof replacement, I would want to get three quotes to compare. He lost all interest. Never received a follow up or quote. There are many quality roofers to choose from based on my experience don’t waste your time with this one

I had Master Roofing handle a stubborn leak at my place and the crew showed up on time laid down tarps and left everything tidy though I did have to nudge the schedule once. The estimate was clear and the repair held through the next rain.

Called them after work about a stubborn drip near the hallway ceiling. They booked a next day walkthrough and gave a clear written estimate before any work began.The crew arrived on time, laid tarps to protect the plants, and cleaned up thoroughly so I did not find stray nails. The following rain came and went without a sound from that spot. Easy five stars.

I messaged this company after their response to my request for services, saying that I need gutters installed on a portion of my roof that doesn't have any. They keep messaging me about getting a roof inspection, though I've already told them I don't need a roof inspection, I just want to know if they will do a small gutter job.. as they came up as a "Pro" when searching on thumbtack when searching for new gutters. In addition to ignoring my response / question to their first message on Thumbtack, they keep sending the same message regarding a roof estimate, and I keep getting calls about getting a roof inspection. I have also called them back and left a message saying I just need gutters... the calls are still coming. What a waste of time.

Master Roofing and Jake have been great to work with. Their quote was the most competitive and they offered the best financing options/deals. Jake was great and took the time to answer my many questions about the quote/contract, process, etc.
The city inspector even commented about the quality of the job done, especially around the vents noting that they took their time and did it right and did not just go the cheap/easy way that meets minimum code.
They were quick too. Able to get me scheduled right away and from demo to completion was less than 4 days. Thanks again!

Last week while on vacation I received a call from my in-laws that water was dripping through a light into the kitchen while it was raining out. I called and Quinn the owner personally came out the same day to check it out. He had a crew out the next day to fix the issue under warranty at no charge. This type of quick and professional response was a huge relief and reinforces my recommendation of their services. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Uzi, who came to inspect the roof of a house I was planning to buy. He arrived on time and was extremely professional throughout the process. Uzi began by inspecting the roof with a drone, showing me detailed footage on the monitor and clearly explaining all the issues he found. After that, he went up on the roof himself and thoroughly inspected every section, noting exactly what needed to be fixed.
What I really appreciated was how he provided two detailed quotes—each tailored to different budget and repair options—so I could make an informed decision. Both Uzi and the company were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They also provided the through report to share with seller including pictures and necessary supporting documents. Overall, I was very impressed by his professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
