Had a few appointments with Sharon now and I cannot recommend her highly enough - she’s extremely knowledgeable, tailors the time to exactly what you need, be that relaxation/sports recovery etc and has got the balance just right every time. As someone who has quite a lot variety in training and also strength coaching, I visit Sharon with all sorts of niggles and she’s brilliant at sorting them out. She’s also great at making you feel at ease and goes above and beyond to help.

Coming to Tom at Massage matters began as a means to sorting back and calf issues. Now it has become a regular appointment that necessitates not only my physical health, but my mental wellbeing also! However I am when I arrive, I always leave feeling better - mentally straight away, and physically over the next day or so. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, ensuring understanding of what he is doing at every step, along with understanding, discretion and occasionally humour meaning I have always felt comfortable being treated. I highly recommend Tom and the massage matters team.

Very disappointed. Went with a back problem, asked the therapist what exercises I could do to strengthen my back. Therapist responded by advising me to Google it. Wasted my time and money! Will not be going back!

I had an appointment with Sharon and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I have to admit I’m usually a bit awkward when it comes to treatments like this, but Sharon’s friendly and professional approach made the whole experience really comfortable. The massage itself was fantastic. A week later, I’m still pain-free and feeling so much better. I spend a lot of time working in physically demanding conditions, so I often suffer with my back and shoulders, but the difference has been incredible. I’ve definitely found someone I’ll be returning to regularly and will be booking in every few weeks. I can’t recommend Sharon highly enough – she’s knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. Thanks Sharon!

It's not very often you come across somebody who really "knows their stuff", not only information, but how to apply their ideas for maximum effect. John Holman is one of the rare ones. Restored freedom of movement Sharon was absolutely fantastic. I'd suffered with back and neck pain for a long time, and it got so bad I hardly move. After the first treatment, Sharon had manage to unlock my muscles and release me from pain - I could move again. She spent time understanding my concerns and worked holistically to move through the body, stretching out and kneading knots. I was so grateful to her.
