Amazing experience in a unique atmosphere with fabulous service and amazing music. There was a party reserving the space on the ground floor, but luckily we managed to squeeze in on their lower level. The lights flickered which was odd but the food was flavorful & spiced to perfection!👌 Seafood pasta is highly recommended. First place I’ve been in years that removes the tails from the prawns (much appreciated) and the bean tacos were an excellent start to our meal. Thanks to all the staff that made our mildly grumpy family much more jolly and satiated. I appreciate all your hard work and slick outfits!

Would be 0 but I’m not allowed. Waiting time for food is absolutely outrageous and the portion sizes are unacceptable. Do not offer a la carte for a group booking and forced us to order from a set menu as our sole option. Save your time and money!

Rubbish, don’t waste your time or money. They write your receipt by hand and try to scam you. A friend had her bday here and they almost ruined it for her.

I'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you for making my niece's 30th birthday surprise an exceptional celebration. From your staff to the dishes, everyone was well-cared for and genuinely happy. The customer service and staff were outstanding, catering to each of our individual needs. I would especially like to commend 'Peace' and his colleagues for their 10/10 performance—we couldn't have asked for a better event organizer or head waiter. Additionally, thank you for providing us with exclusive use of the main restaurant at no extra cost. Please let me know where we can leave a review. Tina

Ir was an amazing moment with friends, good dj, and the food was superb. Nice place to visit when around London Bridge. Good blend of music and continental dishes. I look forward to coming again.

Went to Bollywood new year eve. Been to many events across the UK and was flabbergasted by the poor organisation of the event. From the que chaos, seating shambles, and drink kiosk service, what should have been a great occasion turned out to be a rushed and stressful time. we still found ourselves being told to wait for no reason.seating and parking almost impossible. The worse experience of seeing an event in the UK. Security was so rude for no reason. Thank you Masq for such a shocking experience.

The members of staff are horrible especially the securities and the manager. They were so rude to us for no reason. They are not professional at all. We Waited an hour get inside, Went here a Bollywood New year eve. Worst customer service, The bar itself has a nice decor but it is too overcrowded, It smelt quite bad, toilets were disgusting and there was no air conditioning but it would take about 15 minutes to get from the dance floor to outside as it was so packed! Drinks were very expensive and definitely not value for money, Won't be coming here again.

Had a small gathering there and the food was amazing. The waiter very helpful, I didn’t get his name so I called him uncle 😃

This was the venue for the Black Authors Christmas Event 🎄. Easily accessed by rail and buses. As far as we know, a great time was had by all.

Where do I start. This place should rebrand as MasqUERADE. The look is quality but the food and service is far from it. 2nd time coming I did not leave a review the first time maybe due to being in shock TBH. There should not have been a 2nd time based on the first but you would expect some improvements 2 years later. The reception was warm the lady opened the door and if I'm honest that was the beginning and end of good service. We came for a 40th and we were so hungry pn arrival so we manged to eat what they called asun which was in other words fried meat. The suya was was also below standard no spice and it was reheated so much that it was hard. The jollof was undercooked bland and tasted like they used the fake burnt sauce. The hake fish was salty and not edible. Their drinks were not any better and tbh they should not bother with cocktails. It took them roughly 55mins to serve drinks bearing in mind there were not busy. Half the food on the menu was not available e.g poundo yam, ayamase, dodo gizzard. This was a Saturday so I fail to see how. If I'm honest the actual venue is slightly cold but ok however they should stop selling food and just become a lounge with nibbles. In the end we left and went 805 were we all eat belle full with good service. The menu was also a fully loaded menu.

Went here to celebrate my 30th birthday as it was recommended to me and I was able to get a private dining experience. However the food and drinks here are very below standard. Ordinary cocktails they were unable to make, I had to send my cocktail back to be improved and a friend did not drink hers as it was so disgusting. No one was impressed by the food either. A friend had a salad and the lettuce tasted stale. It is a shame as I try to support black business and I feel this place has a great location. However a restaurant should have the basics right- food and drinks. The only good thing is that we took nice photos, and the waiter - although very slow and unable to take instructions (had to ask for simple things like water several times) - you could tell he was trying his best. Would not recommend due to the above. Attend at your own peril. Update: in terms of the spend- many items were taken off the bill as my friends refused to pay for food/drinks which was below standard. I can only hope that the restaurant will improve on its food/drink standard in the future. I also think a black owned business should be held accountable if their food/drink is bad. You cannot simply be supported just for being a black owned business

My time at MASQ was a memorable one. I had so much fun with my friends. The food was out of this world, affordable and tasty too. I will defo come back.
