I hosted an event at the MASQ in May and it was a very successful event. The staff were very helpful and always ready to help or change arrangements to accommodate us. The food was excellent and caters for diverse tastes. All attendees were very happy with the central location, and the cool, calm ambience of the restaurant. I will definitely be returning to host more events. Thank you MASQ London!

Really well located, very pretty inside, but service was very very slow. It took many attempts to get service and many of the items we ordered came out wrong. The Nigerian food was so so, but they also have an European menu

I had an amazing time at Masq, the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond just so that i could enjoy my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge, I’ll definitely be back‼️

It was our first time in Masq last night and I must say it exceeded expectations. I don't normally give reviews but I must give credit where credit is due - ANNA our hostess was the best! If you are visiting this place for dinner and ANNA is your hostess then you'll leave VERY HAPPY! OK let's rewind 2 weeks ago when my cousin said she'll be visiting London from Ireland and another cousin said she'll also join from Lagos, Nigeria. My sister and I were tasked with finding somewhere in London for us to meet (7 people) where there is good vibes, good food and good music. Having recently experienced poor service a resturant, I was quite anxious about finding a resturant that would live up to the expectations of my cousins from overseas and my siblings that hardly go out!!! I had previously heard about Masq and had my eye on the London resturant for a while. I sent it to my sister as an option and we decided to go with this.BIG MOVE as we had both never been so didn't know what to expect but the Instagram page looked good. On route to the resturant my sister dropped a bombshell informing me that she had reserved a table for 7 on OpenTable but that she had been contacting the resturant on the phone to confirm the booking and no answer. At this point my cousind were 20mins away and we were 10mins away from the resturant. Upon arrival, we noticed it wasn't very busy but there was a large birthday group who all had cocktails and seemed to be having fun. We were approached by a lady (ANNA) and explained the situation. We told her we didn't want our cousins to arrive and be left without a table. ANNA showed us to a private room which was impressive and her service was EXCEPTIONAL! We wanted music, ANNA made it happen! We wanted cocktails, bottles of wine, jug of water, menus for more food all at different times and ANNA happily did this! I told ANNA I was hungry and didn't want a long wait for food and ANNA got my good out fast! We wanted photos, videos... ANNA did it! ANNA then surprised us with a saxophonist who gave us a private rendition. ANNA I AM STULL BUZZING and OVERWHELMED by you EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Thank you. I must have called your name a million times last night... ANNA WE WANT THIS, ANNA WE WANT THAT! You delivered happily and promptly. You made our evening so special! I WILL BE BACK!

I visited MASQ for the first time last week as I had made a private hire booking for a networking engagement. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. The service at the restaurant was exceptional, we were looked after attentively by the host Emelyne and her team who were all excellent. Friendly, helpful and truly a joy to work with. The assistance from the bar staff was great and the drinks served were complimented by many. We opted for a limited menu of started foods, including jollof, spring rolls, chicken, and puff puff. We truly enjoyed the food and our only regret was not opting for more of the menu options with our order - we’ll be back for those!

I tried to book a table but their website hasn't been updated to show they're not on the usual booking platforms like OpenTable any longer for some reason. I then used their online form and received a confirmation of the form with a note that they'd come back to confirm. 24 hours later and there's no response. I rang today - twice - and each time the telephone call was ended before being answered.

I recently visited Masq and it was an incredible experience, very friendly environment and staff, located in a beautiful area by tower bridge. The food was lovely, I had the salmon and my partner had the steak and both were so worth it! Cocktails were also incredible!

Loved my time here. Food, music and vibes! The small chops were nice. The cocktails are silent killers, sweet and strong lol. Shout out to the server John, he really accommodated us well!

Avoid this place by all means. This Restaurant is a perfect spot to experience Scam Free of Charge after you pay thousands of pounds for service.Lousy excuses of employees not showing up and delayed service, and unapologetic attitude by management/owner. Classic Nigerian attitude. Better spend your money elsewhere.

Masq is beautiful from the decor to ambience, The food came out on time And it tasted very nice. I came to Masq for a night out, And i had a fantastic night. This venue is so beautiful and I hope they keep it up that way. Although we had to leave at 12 it was well worth the night. Masq should extend the closing time. I will come back again and I surely recommend.

Went for a dinner with friends. Service was really mediocre. Waiter carried our drinks incorrectly, causing them to spill on my jacket and my arm. All our orders came very inconsistently so some people had finished their food whilst others hadn't even received their order. Another friend found a hair in their food to which the server tried to argue that it's not the colour hair of the chef, but it wasn't their hair colour either lol. Another thing which was bizarre was they would go round taking our payments before we even received our food, which gave the impression that they didn't want us there. When asked to take service charge off the bill (rightly so) the waiter argued that "you have to pay it since you're here sitting down in our restaurant" and that it's compulsory ( it isn't!) And he couldn't remove it. Finally they had another party arriving after us and told us to leave, even going as far as removing our jackets from the back of our chairs and aggressively "throwing" them on other chairs so that they could clean where we were, to which we told them there was no need to touch our belongings in that manner. Overall it was a really unfriendly and mediocre restaurant especially in regards to the service, which makes up a huge part of the restaurant experience! Considering the price of the menu and the portions you get, I wouldn't recommend visiting here

I went to celebrate a birthday. It was 20 of us and 1 waiter to serve us, and he was also the bartender and was also helping other tables. Conclusion over 2 hours waiting for drinks, and food,and at the end 1 hour waiting for someone to clean the table and send the bill despite many requests. They sent my rice and 45 minutes later the rest of my meal. I was shocked! Had no words 😢 We ended up leaving with the birthday cake and my friends birthday dinner was a disappointment! We asked for the manager and the staff had no clue who the manager was or they had orders not to mention! The waiter apologised many times but it was not his fault. He actually tried his best and was under a lot of pressure! The food is nothing special and there's no organisation in this place or skilled staff to serve at the tables. I asked for a cocktail from the menu and I had a mocktail instead as they forgot the alcohol, I asked for it several times but I was asked to wait and nothing! Many of our friend had nothing to eat as tbey decided to cancel the order after waiting over 3 hours for food! Not worth your money!
