My Journey to getting a brand new Roof was scary, but when I call Roof Pro, they were able to come out same day. TJ was great with answering all of my questions, walking me through everything thought I had and even the next few days. TJ was prompt in answering the phone and sending all documents. Great Work TJ! The Roof and Gutter price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again for all other home projects. My home looks amazing and the Forman and contractors that conducted the work showed up on time, did not leave a mess and kept in contact when they came across more work that needed to be done, that may not of been in the original estimate. Overall the roof team and gutters folks did a fantastic job. So if you need a roof or any other project done on your home. Definitely choose Roof Pro.

I used Roof Pro MD after another company left me down. TJ came out twice to go over things that were of my concern. Also, back and forth over the phone several times for weeks. Horrible! They charged us 4k and guaranteed the service would solve the issue. Shortly after the repair the issue was back. They didn't even bother to match the new shingles to what was already there so the patch job is glaringly obvious. Their guy they sent claimed there was a bunch of "new" damage which if true, should have been caught when they initially went up there. I believe they caused more damage accidentally or purposely, when they were on my roof. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a cheap drone and taking pictures of your roof before letting them up there!
