They’ve taken my $1,000 retainer, and nine months later refuse to return my calls, schedule the first appointment, nor return my deposit. Every week I call and the two clerks give me the run around about how they can’t refund me only one of the attorneys can. They’ve yet to schedule the first appointment. I feel wildly taken advantage of and as though I have no recourse. Terrible way for an attorneys office to make you feel.

I'm sorry Mr. Prielipp - as we agreed, we would review your situation and see if it is something we can take care of for you, in which case we would have collected a $20,000 fee. We never have appointments on these cases until such time as we know we can do the bigger job, as we don't think it is right to take a big fee until we are sure we can complete the entire project - in this case it was never clear, so we did not make that appointment for you. I apologize for any misunderstanding - we have refunded your money in full even though we did spend time on your case. We did not get the results you wanted so we made sure you are made whole. Thank you.
