She is not paying her workers and she is trying to get rid of her pregnant employee illegally Worked there for 2 days and quit after i got a nasty attitude from the owner, its been over a month and she is refusing to pay me, what an embarrassing and shameful act, all for 80£, she also tried to hire me foe 10£ an hour, i should have reported her the moment i had the chance when she offered to illegally pay under min wage, if you are a muslim please dont spend your money there, she is also trying to to illegally fire a pregnant employee because she is pregnant, check her Chat Gpt story, i kept messaging her nicely asking to pey me for my hours worked and now she blocked me, but im getting this in court.

Hot waxing in Hot day I would like to say that the young lady Reetu was absolutely exceptional. She is not only a highly skilled beautician but also a wonderfully talented individual. I would definitely return for her services. However, a small but important note: if you book a beauty treatment here, be sure to request the air conditioning — the treatment room is extremely hot! The working conditions there are, frankly, unbearable. Reetu kindly helped me out with a portable air cooler when she noticed I was struggling with the heat, which was very thoughtful. To the management team, I strongly suggest installing a proper air conditioning system — not just for customers, but more importantly for the hardworking employees. Basic amenities like water dispensers, proper ventilation, and air conditioning are vital for the wellbeing of the staff. Poor Reetu was literally fanning my face and skin to cool me down during my full Hollywood treatment! It was definitely not a Michael Jackson “smooth criminal” kind of cool experience. But despite the heat, I would absolutely come back and also plan to try out the hairstyling team next time. In summary: great service and skill, but let’s turn down the heat so everyone can enjoy the experience a little more comfortably!

I have mixed feelings about the service I received, more so to do with the pricing than anything else. Firstly it cost me 10 pounds to get a patch test done. That's insane! 10 pounds for 2 small dabs of product behind my ears that only took 30 seconds. That's just robbery. If this amount was then deducted by my final bill I can understand, but in this instance it wasn't, so it comes across rather explotive. When I was done with my bayalage treatment and went to pay I was informed at the till that it would be 20 pounds more as she used 3 x toner. This is no fault of the customer if the correct toner wasn't mixed initially. Also since I am paying for my hair length this all needs to be factored in. At least in the process of the treatment inform the client that there will be an extra charge and if they want to proceed. To simply bombard the client at the till point yet again is very explotive. This seems to be a common practice at this salon as one of the therapist did give me a heads up about this during my patch test. I am just utterly disgusted at the unethical approach with regard to how they are charging their clients. My actual bayalage is nice, however thinking of how I was conned out of additional money is upsetting. The underhanded approach and unethical payment practices is more than enough for me to never recommend their services. It is a pity thou as some of the staff was friendly, however I will never go here again.

Maryam was helpfulband friendly and I went with what she thought suited me best. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Went for a haircut. Thought I'd try a new place. When booking I explained that an offer pops up on the website for a free hair treatment upgrade. Apparently this does not exist and no management is available to talk to. Hairdresser was polite and nice. However, I explained that I wanted her advice and guidance as a professional as my hair is quite thin, which wasn't really there. My haircut was probably only 10 mins the appointment total lasted less than half an hour. Given I paid £52 I was disappointed

Amazing service! Got my manicure and pedicure done and so happy with the result, it looks so nice. They have a lot of colours to choose from and the staff is very friendly and professional and they make you feel like at home. The massage seat with the tea is the perfect combination to relax while you get your pedicure done.

Hijabi sisters if you go to this salon and use the hijab friendly room plz make sure the manager sees the length of your hair. I was left disappointed when the staff member who cut my hair told the manager my hair was longer then it actually was I’m guessing to make me pay more. Really unprofessional and bad customer service making out my hair was longer and I was lying thank god I had a picture for proof and the manager agreed with me straight away. The staff member who cut my hair was friendly but quite unskilled as iv had better hair dressers who know better techniques. She said she’s new to the uk so guessing she has no idea about customer service and loyalty that’s why she tried to con me by lying my hair was longer. The manager needs to tell her staff to be honest or they won’t get customers returning. I really didn’t want to write this review but I was left shocked and don’t want anyone else to get this is kind of treatment so plz be aware.

Our prices are mentioned on our website clearly with Hair lengths, your hair length fall just in between it was longer than shoulders and shorter than med back. We charged you for shoulder length. The lady performing facial waxing was friendly and nice, however, layer of my skin came off with wax on cheek area. Maybe should consider smaller patches and a gentler technique in these areas. Also, I was not immediately informed until I pointed it out myself. Not sure she would have told me if did not ask.
