I can not say enough great things about our realtor, Marty Welsh! From the first time we met him, we knew there was no need to look further for a realtor. He helped us with a very difficult situation of having to sell our mother's house due to her declining health. To complicate matters, my sister and I both live out of state. He made sure that the work being performed on the house was completed satisfactorily. He went way above and beyond!!! I highly recommend him and trust his guidance and expertise!! We did and are so happy we chose him!! Thank you again, Marty!!??

Marty is by far the most experienced and professional realtor I've had the pleasure to work with. I have bought and sold three different homes, and Marty was the easiest to work with out of all the agents I've worked with. He is an expert negotiator, and made me feel like he truly had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. I simply can not overstate what a pleasure it was to work with such a consummate professional.
