Not quite a 4 star
☺ Excellent restaurant and breakfast,
☹ I dont feel the 4 star part of the hotel is really a 4 star. It has no shampoo and conditioner for example. The lotion bottle had been refilled from the looks of it (over full and seal broken). Towels were small. Also their cleaning lady was cleaning the room next door to me at 8am and for 30 minutes she was shouting (literally) - I don't know who she was talking to and it wasn't angry but the volume was incredible. Thank goodness I wasn't trying to have a relaxed lie in. Also they could do with a cleaning trolly there were toilet rolls and bags and cleaning products all over the floor right by the lift - I had to step through them to access the lift. Otherwise the stay was fine but it lacks the finesse of a real 4 star.

☺ We were so happy to be in the room. Spacious and clean rooms. Great view and helpful staff. The manager was very helpful and despite having multiple duties she was was amazing. The food was really good, compliments to the chef. The steward and stewardess at the restaurant was amazing. They could recommend changes to their standard dishes for individual needs as my wife was vegetarian and daughter wanted something different. Kudos. We will definitely recommend . The place is in Lichtenstein but lot of places in Switzerland are easily accessible.
☹ Why should there be anything not to like. This hotel is amazing

Thank you for your review. 6 Points for the 3 star building? We always try to inform our guests, that the main house is defenitely less expensive than all other rooms, however including our great breakfast! Closer to the street (the reason why it is noisier than all other categories). Please get back to us directly instead of writing bad reviews.

Gute Lage zum Ort Triesen. Leicht erreichbar. Freundliches Personal.
☺Die ruhige Zimmerlage neben der Hauptstraße.
Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber bei dem Zimmerpreis von über € 100,- etwas üppiger ausfallen.
Die freundliche Bedienung und die Hilfeleistung beim Abstellen der Koffer nach dem Auschecken.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung und für Ihre ehrliche Worte. Ihnen sollte aufgefallen sein, dass es sowohl in der Schweiz wie auch in Liechtenstein nicht möglich ist, ein Doppelzimmer (wohlgemerkt mit Frühstück) unter Euro 100.- zu finden. Der Grund ist ganz einfach: Hohe Lebensqualität, hohe Lebenskosten- für uns als Hotel: Hohe Qualität, gute Mitarbeiterin, gute Löhne, laufend Reinvestitionen und so weiter. Die Qualität würde nicht stimmen und wir könnten uns keine Mitarbeiter leisten, wenn wir das Doppelzimmer (auch ohne Frühstück nicht möglich) unter Euro 100 anbieten würden. Soviel dazu.
Bestimmt können Sie das auf irgendeine Weise nachvollziehen.
Wir offen, Sie haben den Besuch beim Gasometer in Triesen genossen und sind wieder gut zu Hause angekommen. Wir wünschen Ihnen eine schönen restlichen Winter.

☺Ich wurde sehr freundlich/herzlich empfangen und behandelt. Feiertagsbedingt war das Hotel nicht stark ausgebucht. Trotzdem wurde für mich ein reichhaltiges Frühstück vorbereitet. Vielen Dank.

unassuming hotel that over delivers on its value proposition. AAA+++
☺ Unassuming hotel but everything is done to a very high standard. Rooms are of decent size, beds are excellent, shower superb, breakfast is well prepared and quality produce. decent parking. Check in and reception good and the service excellent.
☹ We arrived in the off season and checkin was for 2 pm but when we arrived just after there was no-one there. It wasn't a problem but there was a disconnect between booking.com and what the hotelier was expecting. The hotel is ageing but everything has been maintained to a very high standard. There are plenty of new hotels I venture to where services are only half as good. Overall, still an excellent value proposition
