I spent one night in a room in this hotel a few days ago where power outlets did not work to charge my phone, dry wall was damaged in large areas, and the surface of the bath tub was uneven. The lamp shade had holes. This was the state of the room for $200 plus dollars per night. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the Marriott brand. Also, rhe breakfast was of very poor quality. It is hard to understand why customers get such treatment. I hope the situation improves.

Right off the highway! Easy in and out. Comp breakfast but no waffles od sausage. (White Turkey sausage) Rooms neat and clean but TV not easy to see from bed. (It's close to couch. Microwave and small fridge Nice!

Nice rooms in good repair and very clean. Unfortunately the wake-up call system would call several times each morning and most of the time there wouldn't be anyone on the other end. Employees weren't able to resolve that until the last day I was there.

Double charged when I gave my card for the security deposit after my sister had already paid for the room through Priceline. Customer service was extremely unhelpful, I had to call several times just to get an email so I could send my bank statement to to prove that the money had left my account and gone to the hotel. They were condescending and obstinate, talking down to me and not willing to see the evidence of the charges made. It seems like the problem at this point won't be resolved so I'm out $120 and a lot of wasted time. If you book this hotel, pay VERY close attention to the withdrawals made from your account.

A little old, but spacious room and kind staffs

We had a great stay this past weekend at SpringHill Suites. The staff were amazing!!! Super friendly and very accommodating. Shoutout to Tonya, Chelsey, and Savannah! We will definitely stay here again.

Not good for a family event. Couch is not comfortable and pull out bed mattress is very thin.

Super clean hotel with an amazing staff. Very close to all the neat stuff in Carmel, a perfect hotel if ur looking for a comfortable few nights stay with a pool, gym, and a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and ensured our stay was great. Cleaning staff was always cleaning to ensure the hotel was in great shape. So impressed with such a great operation and wonderful people.

Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. You may not want to rely on the wake up call service and better off setting your phone alarm!! Guess that's a thing of the past!!!
