Wifi not working

Nice, clean hotel. In a nice residential area. Quiet and comfy. Small pool. Restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to Speedway. Recommend.

Fantastic location. Extremely clean including all common areas and bathrooms. The front desk staff and housekeeping were both friendly and accommodating. The building is solid to help eliminate noise outside o your room. There is a pool but no hot tub, which is our personal preference for evening relaxation. Fitness room was large with multiple machines and weight options. The rooms are compact, but well laid out; we appreciated the long shelf for chargers, keys, etc. It would have been nice to have an additional hook on the outside of the closet since there were two of us with dress outfits. The bathrooms and shower are generous size, but there needs to be an option for an additional bright light at the vanity, the lighting was horrible to put make-up on. Great breakfast offerings that were hot and fresh and I could easily find options that were keto friendly. Overall a five star stay and we would highly recommend the Fairfield Inns and Suites of Carmel.

I stayed here one night in March and had a fantastic experience. Deanna and Sarahi were super helpful in the evening and Kristan in the morning. Can't see myself staying anywhere else in the area again.

Made a reservation here but did not end up staying. Service in dealing with the reservation was excellent.

Great hotel looked great was very new. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but still slept good. The shower was nice and the body wash was great. The pool was fun but very small. Breakfast was good and free so that’s a plus. Staff was very nice and friendly and helped out everybody that needed something if I’m ever In town I’ll definitely try to stay here

It’s your standard Fairfield is the best way to sum it up. It’s older, and the room decor is drab, especially the hideous wallpaper behind the bed. I wonder which corporate employee made the decision to buy the ugliest wallpaper! Anyhow, it’s clean, and the room smells nice upon walking in. Breakfast is standard too. I did like the mini quiche they had one day. The coffee needs improvement, it’s a watery undrinkable mess. One of the front desk employees is very friendly. I only stay here for the convenient location from where I had to work.

I have stayed @ multiple Hilton & Marriott properties. Hands down this has been the best yet. From the moment I walked in Brianda was attentive and accommodating. She made sure every need was met. Her customer service is very rare to find anymore. On top of that the hotel was clean and tidy. 10/10 customer service, and 10/10 customer service.

Positive: The staff were friendly. The room was clean and attended to daily. Great location, not too far away from shopping, but not in the busy downtown. Negative: I didn't like that they only had bacon one day and that on Tuesday, they didn't have any meat selections. The other two days they had sausage. Negative: ""

This hotel was excellent! Very nice and clean room suite, great staff, and nice breakfast. The location was good and lots of free parking. Loved the infused water at the front desk!

In town for high school hockey. Clean facility, staff very friendly, nice lobby to hang out in.
