Today, just before the coldest day of the year and two days before Christmas, Marra AC came out immediately and look at our unit, diagnosed the issue and advised us, in detail how we could take advantage of the warranty on our unit encouraging us to contact the installer to replace the blower motor. He also provided an alternative vendor who could perform warranty work the manufacturer of our unit. They saved us hundreds of dollars. I could not be happier with this company.
They were able to fit me in even though they already had a fully scheduled day. I appreciated the time they took to explain how I can do simple upkeep on the unit myself. In under an hour, they fixed my minor ac problem and I was very pleased with their professionalism.

Rave once again for Marra Air Conditioning. Ernie came out today and saved the day. He is so professional and doesn't overcharge for services. Today it was our capacitor, had the part on his truck and was replaced within minutes. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need he looks at your unit and gives his genuine opinion on the issue. This is the type of business you need these days. Ernie gives you honest and fair prices. Ernie is one of the good guys who takes care of his customers. I would highly recommend Ernie and Marra Air Conditioning.

Rave for Marra Air Conditioning Services, located on Taylor Street in Ocoee next to Crawford tires. Needed some A/C vents replaced one company quote $650.00 Marra did the job for $195.00. Ernie the owner did the job himself very pleased was honest and fair. Highly Recommend.

I have been working with Marra Air since I moved into my apartment in 2015 and anytime I have been in need of their services they have always given 110%. I always trust that they will do whatever it takes to find whatever the issue is and they always make sure I do not have to pay more than I need to. They are reliable trustworthy and honest. Very happy with them, called them because a/c wasn't working efficiently and the last company I used did nothing to improve it. Scheduled appointment with Donna who was great to talk to and she scheduled Ernie to come out. He was relentless in trying to figure out what was wrong with the unit. Not an easy task, turn out to be last company mix new type Freon In the unit with old type freon. He fixed and when I received next power invoice which had 2 weeks on the fix, it was 50 dollars less than last year at same month. The next power invoice month went down a $110.00 less than previous year. Highly recommend them.
I can not say enough about the integrity and honesty of this business. I was looking to repair a unit that should have been replaced. They told me that, however until they came out I did not believe them. Their years in the profession was correct and needed up replacing the unit. They took the time to educate me so I did not feel taken advantage of. They have earned my business.
