The Mark’s Roofing team removed our old shingles and installed a nice duroid roof. We added new gutters and had them paint the house too! We really like the new look. Mark’s roofing was efficient and the guys were pros. They also cleaned up well even using a magnet to find hidden nails in the grass. I highly recommend them.

Mark’s roofing was great! They completed the job on time, and had necessary contacts to cover off unexpected hurdles(painters, pest handlers, gutter suppliers etc) in a very timely manner. Came back twice to rectify minor items missed without complaint. Price was very competitive and workmanship was excellent. Competitors were 30-40% more and my roof looks exactly like the guy next door that went with a 30% more quote. 1 year later and no issues. I asked 3 other houses up the street before I selected them if Marks was good and they all had high praise. Marks is the way to go.

Sukh and his crew came to re-roof my house in Tsawwassen. The price he quoted me was not only reasonable but the quality of the workmanship was superb. I was under very tight time constraints, but they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule on very short notice. Sukh responded to all my texts, emails and calls in a very timely manner. Reliable tradespeople are hard to find these days, but everyone form Marks Roofing Ltd. exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this company.

Mark’s Roofing Ltd did a very good job repairing our garage roof with a torch-on surface to the flat area and shingle to the side roof. Sukh was very helpful with suggestions and the crew very efficient. Professional, friendly, organized and fast. I highly recommend them!

Marks Roofing helped us replace our leaky skylights. Sukhi responded quickly after I submitted a request on their web site. His team came the next day to check out our skylights and gave an estimate. Now, I have new Velux skylights, including one solar-powered "fresh air" skylight with a solar-powered shade. The new skylights are blocking a lot of the raindrop noise as well as the heat from the sun. While this is not a long-term review of the installation, I think the installation is a success.

My roof was leaking and Marks Roofing came to inspect.we got repair and replacement quote.the best thing we want the ventilation to be corrected and sukh and his team done an amazing job.they doing some roof in my neighborhood.My wife was so happy to working with these guys.they replaced our facia,Gutters and we highly recommend them.
