Strongly not recommended, unfair business
We have ordered a refrigerator. We did not see a danage on it upon arrival as it cannot be seen in every lighting condition. We filed a complaint on the same day as the delivery which was rejected because the damage was not on the delivery documentation. For our 14 day right of withdrawal they said of course we can, but in that case we have to pay for the delivery and they will deduce the damage from our payment! We went to consumer protection with this. Strongly not recommended.
