Went here for lunch today and the place was really dead. The cocktails were nice but the food was questionable, i had the eggs Benedict which was tiny and the eggs were almost boiled and not poached. I didn’t receive part of my order after confirming twice with the waiter, i didnt bother asking for it again. The place was really quiet but the food was coming out in dribs and drabs, i can imagine what it would be like if it was ever at capacity. Overall, the menu is not appetising and for the pricing you can definitely get better food around the area.

I really like the decoration inside. The hall is very high makes people feel very spacious and bright. We went there at noon, I believe the atmosphere will be different in the afternoon and evening. The food tastes very good. The oil and vinegar sauce with the bread is a delicious taste that I haven't seen in a long time. There are many large black and white photos of old stars on the wall, paired with old songs, which is endlessly memorable. The song "Kiss from the Rose" took me back decades ago.

A great bar for food and beer

This was the most stressful dinning experience I’ve had, we weren’t sure what we were getting as the waiter was struggling to hear us over the loud music, we were seated at tables that were crammed together even the staff struggled to get around. The food was poor in all honestly the pork belly was all fat, the nachos seemed like they’d been sitting out and were cold, the calamari was okay, the fish tacos were in a wrap not a taco and the pastas pravas were unseasoned and not cooked well enough they were covered in a white sauce and a tomatoey sauce which were too much. We had ordered a jug of sangria we got two glasses of red wine this was amended and we got our sangria but instead of having wine glasses like others around us had we got two small regular glasses. Then at the end they charged us for the wine as well as a hefty gratuity fee which I just don’t think was deserved, we got the wine taken off but the bill was €100 and for what we got it just wasn’t worth it, honestly I wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Great atmosphere at this place! The food was OK, and kind of what we all had expected too. The mussels where a no go for me, but the ox cheek was delicious, so that one I can highly recommend. Service is good but slow, but we only had a lovely experience with the people working there. I would recommend this place if you'd like to go for a few drinks and have some tapas for a very fair price.

Nice bar and restaurant...

Quite a great spot for drinks and food. There is a range of food and drinks available here. Lots of space both - you can sit indoors and outdoors (smoking area). The staff is really nice and the interiors are gorgeous. Good place to catch up with a friend over a few drinks! Do try the patatas bravas :)

Served by Benji, lovely guy. He was really hospitable and helpful the whole night and made the night better. The food was unreal as was the atmosphere created.

Shout out to Jordi, who was the most pleasant waiter I've come across in months. He offered us free bread and dips while we waited also, which was a nice touch. Delicious patatas bravas and a cool place to share food with friends.

1 of all, the service charge include the bill is not really good, let the customer decide, not everyone is paying card and I'm not mean that service was bad... 2nd the way food is served ( cause one person look at the other when they are eating, not good, especially things in your menu are not braised, it's Spanish, should come out very fast a quick... I'm working in business years and it is just not good. food was tasty enough, I'm not saying it wasn't it just a few decimals with service, especially it was only 3 tables in restaurant. Patatas bravas were potato wedges. Cheap frozen potato wedges sold as bravas. If a tapas bar can't get the basic tapas dish right there's little hope for the rest. Only the salad seemed fresh. Arancini, calamari and meats all tasted frozen and deep fried. Disappointing. Great spot for drinks, but go elsewhere for food.

Myself and my three friends had a very bad experience in The Market Bar. The wait time for our food was very long, we were aware that these dishes came out when they were ready, but some of us ordered the same dishes and it took another 15 Minutes for it to arrive. For drinks, when we ordered them our waitor had no recollection of us ordering them when we waited for a long period of time for 2 glasses of wine! Finallv when we asked for the bill there was an added gratuiuty fee which we believe did not match the service from The Market Bar! We don't tend to go out for food much so overall this was a big disappointment for us!

Ordered drinks then waited quite a while for them,in the meantime someone else took our food order, it's a Tapas so we know food comes out as & when. It's unlimited bread,potatoes and water great, dishes start arriving at the table food was fantastic hot and tasty, we ask for some bread more dishes arrive lovely ask for bread again, 6 of the 8 dishes arrive all get eaten still no bread but potatoes arrive, eventually the last 2 dishes arrive after asking where were they. The last 2 dishes arrive then the bread arrives after asking for a 3rd time. Most of the staff look very confused, not sure if it has recently opened & they are having a few teething problems but slightly ruined my daughters 30th birthday meal.
