Maria's program was/is a great enrichment for me. I have dealt with the topic "personality development" little before, because I was of the opinion "I do not need it". However, a few months ago I came to the realization that I was somehow not quite "with myself", constantly worrying about everything and I had a hard time dealing with "banal" situations.
