I've given a star because Angela and Kinga seemed nice, and the toenail polish by Kinga was good, but the medical pedicure was awful.
The foot file was really rough, making the side of one foot really raw and sore by the time I got home. It eventually scabbed over, alongside the roughness that developed on both my feet where I'd suffered the filing. I had to gently buff my feet myself a week or so later when I felt it was safe to do so, to soften this roughness and scabbing.
My toenails have each been ingrowing into the sides of my toes since the pedicure, causing constant pain and discomfort since they were cut.
My cuticles are now rough and hard.
In short, I absolutely wish I'd never gone.
The other person on Reception wasn't particularly friendly or professional, since she didn't advise Angela that my pedicure was to be followed by an appointment with Kinga (so Angela then apologised to Kinga for putting a finish on my nails), didn't suggest that I pick a polish colour while I waited, and didn't offer any refreshments, water, etc.
I expected from the reviews that this would be a treat, but it's been awful.
I felt even worse, since it had been a Christmas gift.
Always a pleasure having pedicure, so relaxing and feel like I'm walking on air afterwards.

Reading so many 5 star reviews I was looking forward to my Supreme pedicure however there was nothing supreme or 5 star about it. There are 2 treatment chairs beside the reception and shopping area - perhaps my expectations were too high but I expected a treatment room or private area.
My feet were roughly filed with a basic foot file followed by a foot scrub, a bowl of water was brought over for me to soak my feet in. The therapist did offer me coffee etc before she left me but I wasn’t there for coffee I was there for a pampering relaxing pedicure. When she returned my nails were cut and skin buffed around my toes but not to the standard I have had elsewhere. Nails uneven and rough skin left around my toes. I had asked when I arrived if, instead of having polish I could have a longer massage which the therapist agreed to. I have no idea how long the massage should be but it was quick.
Overpriced and very disappointing.
