I have been here since a long time, every week. But finally the resptionist is just telling to dont have appoibtenents, after i tell to dont need a pedicure she say she has free space, when i join over there suddenly the xoert is able to sell me also a pedicure! Always negative answer from her. The top of my decision, to avoid this place is as followed, it is freezing inside! I asked her to higher the temperature as 18 celcius us not healthy and cold, again i got a NO! The manicurest, went to switch off the AC 3 times, she turned it on all 3 times again! I dont know her personal issue with me in person, as i was always friendly and fair! Anyway, there is no client value, i have found an alternate place, where i am welcome!

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into your concerns with the team at our Dubai clinic and would like to provide some clarification.

Our air conditioning system is centrally regulated to ensure safe ventilation across the podiatry rooms and lounge areas. This means it cannot be fully switched off in one room, though our team did adjust the settings as much as possible on the day of your visit. We are sorry that this still left you feeling uncomfortable.

Regarding your booking request, we always aim to meet client preferences, including coordinating manicure and pedicure services together. However, during busy periods, exact simultaneous appointments may not always be achievable. Where this is the case, our team will offer the closest available times to minimise any waiting.

We value your visits with us and regret that your experience did not meet expectations on this occasion. We do hope to welcome you back soon and provide you with the level of care and service that Margaret Dabbs London is renowned for.

I had an absolutely sensational appointment on Sunday evening with Cyrine and Charm at Margaret Dabbs Sole Lounge Dubai. The whole experience from start to finish was utterly sublime; the Ultimate Luxury Foot Therapy treatment lives up to its name! I cannot recommend it highly enough; I have had a lot of incredible foot treatments, but this is unquestionably the best yet! Simply heavenly; my feet and legs felt so reinvigorated and lighter afterwards. Thank you also to Kaye, the lovely lady at Reception who gave me such clear and helpful directions to my appointment!

Loved the professionals! Nadia and Grace are truly the best! The commitment to do a good job and go above and beyond is so visible in the patience they show to all clients. It would have been 5 stars, however the half star is for location! I would recomend them to find another easily accessible location though! the traffic, parking and crowds are insane if you come for such a service in the middle of a shoe pavillion in a mall and deters from frequent visits!

I have fungal nails and they were pretty bad and my dermatologist doctor advised me to go for a podiatrist and I was blessed to find Cyrine the Tunisian girl in this center.. she is really detail oriented and follows every bit of the fungal and the dead skin on my nails and feet.. I did try other centers and other podiatrists and they did not deliver half the quality of the service Cyrine gives.. I truly recommend her for you or your mom or sister..

I understand that a medical foot treatment may be slightly more expensive than a normal foot treatment that I originally booked. But if the price exceeds 3-4 times this, you should definitely point this out, as you cannot automatically assume that the customer is rich enough to pay this or is generally willing to pay such a high price. I booked a regular pedicure to have the calluses on my heels removed as my feet are otherwise well cared for. After a short inspection it was determined that I needed a special treatment here. I expected this not to be too much higher than the original price, because if it is, this should be pointed out to the customer. This was not done. And I didn't ask, which was a fatal mistake because in the end I was supposed to pay 725 AED for 25 minutes of work. The cornea had been removed, but the shock at the checkout was deep. After I complained about this, I had to pay 550 AED. Conclusion: The result was okay because there was no other special feature like a foot bath or something similar. But the price is definitely too high and it must be discussed beforehand if the booked price becomes so much more expensive.

The podiatrists are very careful and listened to my concerns. I've come back a few times and will come back soon 😊 would love it if they open a branch outside a mall tho as Dubai Mall tends to be chaotic and filled with tourists 😣 but apart from that the staff are great! 🩷

Went three time to dubai mall branch for a medical pedicure. Three times went out with bleeding toe or two .same lady injured me . Last time went out with two plasters Obviously won’t be going back again . Branches in london are excellent Three weeks since I posted revenue and no response from shop. Obviously they don’t read customer reviews. Won’t bother to add any. Waste of time
