8000:- for a toilet sized bedroom, trying to enforce collective punishment... according to swedish LAW a "toilet size bedroom" should cost around 3000~

Very good place to stay if you are new to the country because finding housing in Stockholm can be super complicated! The facilities are new, clean and well taken care of, and there is pretty much everything you need in the shared spaces. The area is calm and well connected with the city center, and you can find several stores and supermarkets, some restaurants and a very beautiful natural park really close by 🌲 The best part of course is the possibility of meeting new and really friendly people from all parts of the world 🌟 which makes settling in much easier!

Thanks Maria! So happy to hear! 🙏 What you described is pretty much exactly everything COLIVE tries to bring to the table for young adults moving to Stockholm. Hope to see you around and let's have a barbeque nearby soon! 🙌 /Ash

COLIVE is really a unique approach to flat-sharing. You're trading a slightly higher cost of living and some distance to Stockholm for a great environment with fantastic people living here and friendly staff. The station is reachable with a less than ten minute walk, and from there you're in the city center in another 35 minutes. Ultimately, COLIVE has all the advantages of something like a student dormitory as a social hub, while offering a higher quality of living within the apartments. I can only recommend it to anyone who enjoys an international, social environment!

The best Luca! 🫶 Thanks and I'm not shocked everyone is fantastic when it's great people like you living there! The social international environment offers so much, and that's exactly what we are trying to achieve. Hope seeing you around! 🙏 / Ash

I love the concept of co-living. There are always people around to hang out with. Whether it be for a party, a movie night or just to go grocery shopping - you'll always find someone to join you. On the other hand, you can always find your privacy in you own room. At Aquila people are from various countries and backgrounds, working and studying in all kinds of fields. I think this is excellent for both, networking and personal development. The Rudan Lakes are just a 5-min walk away and lovely for swimming and playing volleyball in summer, or ice skating winter. There's also a shopping centre nearby and it only takes ~30 min by train to Stockholm City.

Goosebumps! 🫶 Diversity just brings so much to the table. Love that you mention that! And 100% with you that grocery shopping is so much nicer when you bring someone with you! 😂. Thanks and hope to see you around now when the spring is here and Rudan is around the corner waiting! Let's all meet up for a barbeque soon! /Ash

Really nice place to live. The price is a bit high but it's compensated with remarcable facilities and great community. Located near the train station and a fantastic park to go for an enjoyable walk every now and then.

Good place to start to live in Stockholm. Well kept. Well serviced. Good people. Very international. Seems far but you get in the center of Stockholm in maximum 40 minutes. Can be a bit expensive depending on what you need and value, however, the quality is very good and it can easily be worth the price tag.

One of the nicest place to live in Sweden 🥳 The living room is spacious, lots of events with nice peoples and everything is taken care of. Near the area there is a Rudan lake which is amazing place during the summer and beautiful ice skating area for the winter. The place also close to big shopping areas like Port73 and Haninge Centrum

So glad to hear about your experience Julio! It’s people like yourself that plays a huge part in creating that awesome vibe in the hubs! Best of luck to all your new adventures & will for sure go ice skating in Rudan! Took a swim there last time! 😂⛸️ Best, Ash
