Owner is Very unprofessional and scammer, he does not care about your money and time. A big suggestion is, not to engage with him in any type of deal. Biggest red flag. He also scams international students.

Being in the film business, we have long hours…so there’s nothing better than coming home, after a 14 hr day, to a spotless fresh environment made especially squeaky clean by Fresh One Services in Vancouver. It is so important!
Plus, the women that clean for us, Victoria and Susana are communicative, trustworthy and have great attention to detail. Couldn’t manage without Fresh One Services in Vancouver! So grateful to their consistently detailed and thorough cleans. They are definitely a notch above the rest!

Horrible, horrible, horrible cleaning company. Avoid using them at all costs! They showed up late, they didn’t take off their shoes and tracked mud all over the house and literally didn’t clean well at all. I can honestly say they made my house floors dirtier than when they showed up. Another huge issue was communication. None of the cleaners spoke English. I had to call the operator lady at their office to communicate with them. I think they were illegal Mexican workers. Will never call them or use them again.

Billing errors and overcharging are common practice with these guys. Not sure how they stay in business. They don’t communicate for long periods of time and send accounts to collections and lie to the collections people about cases to force collections.

Referred a friend to these guys. They did a horrible job cleaning and overcharged for their work. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use these guys

I hired this company for 3 years and spent most of my time correcting their billing errors. They are too unorganized to work for businesses. The cleaning is also very poor. I do not recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with all the cleaning appointments I've had. The ladies are super friendly and professional, plus they do a ton of cleaning services. Totally reccomend this company, will keep using their help non-stop!

the only thing im gonna say is, if you get their service’s, ask the employees how is to work there and how the owner’s husband or “Cesar” have scam their own guys, no human business… and his people aren’t insured

I've had Fresh One Services for a couple of months and they always do a great job! They come on time and leave the place like new every time. They are always looking for ways to better organize and tidy up, I really like them.
