Really reliable, kept us informed at each stage of the project and cleaned up carefully behind themselves. Maple Tree Joinery put a dormer on my loft room. Lee, Nick and the team did an AMAZING job and I am extremely happy with the results! They always gave me honest advice and their communication was great throughout the process which was very reassuring as I’d never done anything like this before. The dormer has meant that the narrow loft room is now a more liveable space and includes a bonus en suite. They also did a couple of small extra jobs round the house which I am very appreciative of. I will be using Maple Tree Joinery again in the future!

Amazing dormer put on loft room Mapletree Joinery put a dormer on my loft room. Lee, Nick and the team did an AMAZING job and I am extremely happy with the results. They always gave me honest advice and communicated well which made the process really easy as I had never done anything like this before. My narrow loft space is now liveable with the bonus of an en suite. They also did a couple of extra jobs in the house which I really appreciated. I will definitely use Mapletree Joinery again in the future!

Firstly, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lee and Nicky for anyone looking for great quality craftsmanship from a reliable company. We are thrilled with the loft conversion that they delivered: great quality, within agreed timescale and budget. At the initial meeting Lee was open about what could and couldn’t be done and came up with some ideas we hadn’t thought of. They quoted for both a Velux loft conversion and a full length dormer and we decided to go with the latter as it gave us the space that we needed. We found them to be competitive on price, and after speaking with a recent happy customer we went ahead. The timeline was agreed from the outset together with a plan of what we could expect week by week and any changes communicated. Lee and Nicky planned everything from start to finish, drawings to electrics and plumbing, which meant that we didn’t need to worry about anything. Working from home, the builders never got in the way and were always respectful of our home. Everything was kept clean and tidy and after each day it was like they’d never been in the house. The quality and finish has been amazing, nothing was too much trouble enabling us to change elements of the design as things progressed. Very professional but at the same time a set of really nice people which is important on a long build! Thank you to the whole team for making our vision a reality Steve and Claire

Lee and his team boarded out my loft space, put in a bigger hatch and installed a ladder. They did a fab job, really pleased with it. They turned up on time completed the job within the day as promised and even cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Over the moon with my new storage space.

Loft conversion Lee , Nick , Jason Carl, Jimmy & the plastering team I just want to say a big amazing thank you for my loft bedroom , bathroom , staircase and all the little extra areas for storage. Lee and Nick you are so talented and so is the rest of your team The extra bedroom has made such a difference to me - something I’ve dreamed about since moving into my bungalow - it’s made such a difference. You are all very skilled and exceptionally tidy We had a few issues that were sorted out immediately- thanks Jimmy ! I’ve been waiting to take some finished photos but this might take a bit longer than I’d anticipated ( that’s us that needs to decorate ) so I’ve taken some anyway I can recommend maple tree joinery / Lee , Nick and his team I’d just like to say thank you I enjoyed having you all around I can highly recommend their skill and work. Lee has done numerous jobs at our house and every single one was done with incredible skill. Lee has installed different types of panelling and also built a false wall to house log stores, TV, oak beam and fireplace. We had internal doors from our kitchen into the hallway installed too- we couldnt find what we wanted until Lee sourced and fitted them. Lee had brilliant ideas and understood our vision perfectly. Lee, Nick and team recently completed our loft conversion. They were friendly, professional, and flexible, and when off-site we’re always responsive to our enquiries. We are very pleased with the final loft space, and with the other trades they engaged to complete the plumbing, electrics etc. In particular, we were grateful for their input regarding the internal layout, and with additional work that we asked to be completed alongside the loft conversion. Overall we are very glad that we engaged Lee and Nick to complete our building project.

Lee, Nick and the team are brilliant. We are over the moon with our dormer loft conversion! The standard of their work is superb - I’ll post pictures once the scaffolding is down – they will be on their Facebook page too. It was a pleasure having them in the house, which cannot be said for some builders, they were very diligent and didn’t leave mess at all. The team are all personable, friendly and likeable which is important when they are in your house for weeks on end. We spoke with around eight specialist loft conversion companies and by far were most impressed with the sales process from Maple Tree/Lee….they are not salesy or pushy like some of the other companies and you genuinely feel they are pricing the work correctly, again unlike some who clearly think a loft conversion is a licence to print money! The value for money feels good as they work very hard to deliver, impressive, it’s like a well-oiled machine taking the roof of and getting the steals. I would be happy to recommend Maple Tree Joinery to anyone who will listen, they are legends.

Where to start? arrived to quote on time and listened to exactly what I wanted for my mancave/garage conversion and didn't deviate from the plan. Communication was good from start to finish. Work was finished to a high standard with all rubbish cleared up as the job went along.......... appreciates a good coffee on a morning. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Maple Tree have just completed my loft conversion, creating a new bedroom with en-suite in a previously unusable space. Nick, Lee and Jason worked incredibly hard, paying great attention to detail throughout, minimum disruption and always cleaning up after themselves allowing home life to continue whilst the work was ongoing. The team were always available to answer any questions I had with great communication and flexibility. The project ran smoothly and to the competitive price and the timescale quoted. Would like to thank lee and nick on a fantastic job they did converting our loft into a bedroom. They have managed to create a room that we have desperately needed for a price that was in our budget and working with us along the way when i would change my mind at the last moment. Found these two lads to be hard working reliable and there professionalism is second to none. Would not hesitate in recommending maple tree joinery to anyone who is thinking of having any work done.
