There are many good reviews on here and you might feel encouraged to trust them with your surgery, however let me assure you that there would have been many bad reviews if their insurers didn’t make everyone sign a non disclosure agreement after paying them out after every bad surgery. Is it something that every practice does? Probably. Anyhow, I am not saying all of their surgeons are bad but they have definitely hired some bad surgeons that ruined lives for example “Dr” Krishna Reddy… which was mentioned in other reviews and this just shows lack of quality and credibility. So I just wanted to warn anyone who is looking to do a surgery of these facts. Please also note, This company is currently in a voluntary liquidation process. I am writing it after being in recovery( forgive me for spelling, ect.) Had very good experience before coming to Manchester for consultation (easy communication through emails or telephone if needed) and one of the best care at hospital facilities. I had lovely nurse Ada and other nurse that unfortunately I don't remember name( was a bit all over the place before surgery so names didn't stick with me well) looking after me and making sure I was 100% comfortable and looked after. Doctors and Dr Khalil and amazing team of anaesthetists have done good job( I didn't feel pain, they were very professional and made sure I was comfortable with my little fear of needles). Everything was explained before the procedure and after👌👌

A Nightmare Experience: Avoid This Clinic at All Costs I was searching online for a clinic to undergo otoplasty surgery. I decided to go with Krishna Reddy based on his assurances that the procedure would be straightforward, resulting in minor scarring that would be practically invisible behind my ear. Trusting his expertise, I proceeded with the operation. However, there were immediate red flags: there was no follow-up regarding post-operative care or instructions. Several weeks after the surgery, I returned to have the bandages removed and assess the results. To my dismay, the outcome was far from satisfactory; it seemed as if nothing had been done at all. The nurse who removed the bandages assured me that the swelling would subside and the ears would look better with time. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite assurances from Reddy that they would rectify the situation with another operation, the subsequent surgery only made matters worse. After enduring weeks of discomfort and noticing abnormal lumps forming behind my ear, I reached out to the clinic for assistance. Shockingly, they insisted that I would have to pay for another operation. This callous disregard for my well-being left me feeling betrayed, as it became evident that their primary concern was financial gain rather than addressing the issues resulting from their procedures. Following numerous attempts to seek resolution, I was met with unprofessionalism and even had my calls blocked. Eventually, they relented and arranged for me to see another doctor, who unfortunately informed me that little could be done beyond steroid injections. Regrettably, these injections proved ineffective. Despite seeking help from the NHS, I was informed that the treatment I required was considered cosmetic and thus not covered. Despite promises from the clinic to assist in obtaining treatment, they failed to follow through. Now, in 2024, I am still grappling with the consequences of the botched surgeries. What was meant to resolve one of my insecurities has only exacerbated it, leaving me feeling more self-conscious than ever. The keloid scars are so prominent that I feel compelled to conceal them with a hoodie whenever I go out. Frustrated and betrayed, I am now pursuing legal action against the clinic. It's disheartening to think that others may fall victim to the same unscrupulous practices. I implore anyone considering this clinic to reconsider and seek care elsewhere. EDIT : After seeing your response, it seems like you're blaming me. But I've recorded everything in videos (I'll upload my experience so people can see the whole bad experience). This includes when you blocked my number and asked me to pay for revision. Also, you promised to arrange cryotherapy sessions, but never did. Patient care, safety and satisfaction are our number one priority, so we would like to take this opportunity to apologise that you feel your aesthetic outcome was below your expectation. We take all feedback incredibly seriously and always want to ensure our patients have the best possible experience. Feedback allows us an opportunity to reflect, improve and we continue to care even in circumstances where rare medical complications occur. In instances where patients are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, we always strive to work together to put things right. We note from your online review, that you did not receive any post operative appointment or instructions. Unfortunately, we feel that your review does not honestly reflect your journey with us and that this review is not a true representation of the organisation. Although we apologise, that you feel this way about your experience, our team have been available to support you, offer you medical guidance, appointments, and advice over the last 3-4 years despite your Surgeon’s retirement in July 2022. Following your surgery in 2020, you were reviewed post operatively within a week by the nurse, this was followed by a further review from your operating surgeon in November 2020. During your surgeon review, you expressed you were not entirely happy with the aesthetic outcome of the procedure and a revision procedure was suggested (Revision rates for procedures like yours, range from 6.6% to 8%) to help achieve a satisfactory outcome. This was followed on with another review in March 2021. A revision surgery was planned and carried out and recovery on the day was uneventful. After your original Surgeon’s retirement, we arranged continued care for his post-operative patients to be undertaken by another GMC Registered Consultant ENT & Facial Plastic Surgeon. Unfortunately, due to ill health, this nominated Surgeon has been unavailable since August 2022, although there were plans for him to re-commence working with us. From March 2023 onwards you were then seen by another plastic surgeon who advised steroid treatment for keloids, which is a known association and complication of surgery. In February 2024 the surgeon suggested further steroid injection and follow up in 6 weeks. Later on, cryotherapy treatment was suggested which unfortunately we don’t offer. Ultimately, in March 2024 you were referred to a specialised centre for treatment as the steroid injections given were not effective on post auricular keloid scar. All the input post-surgery has not been at any additional financial cost to yourself and was offered as part of our comprehensive post operative care. Results of surgical cosmetic procedures vary from patient to patient and as such, Manchester Private Hospital cannot guarantee specific results or outcome for any procedure. As with any cosmetic surgical procedure, complications, dissatisfaction, and the need for revisions are inevitable. Hence, as part of our Care Packages, we are committed to ongoing care for all our patients and where necessary, we provide revision surgery with either the original or alternative surgeon with the aim to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Had my surgery yesterday. All the staff and nurses have been so helpful and caring. Dr Mia was very personal and talked me through everything which helped me a lot. I cannot reccomend MPH enough to anyone. I have had two surgeries with them now (Vaser Lipo) and both experiences have been amazing and extremely positive. From my initial consultation, to surgery and aftercare; each member of staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive through the process. My surgeon Dr Anuj Purbey has been incredible from beginning to end. The results of both surgeries speak for themselves to how good he is. However, his attention to detail and care is second to non. He listened to every question I had and noted exactly what I wanted to achieve from the surgeries. I can't reccomend him enough. My co-ordinator Marie Jenkins who has been there from start to finish has been amazing. She has always been contactable to answer any questions or worries I had whenever I needed. Marie also looked after me before/during and after each surgery and never failed to have a smile on her face. Louise Clarke and Noni Zinyemba were both amazing and looked after me pre/post op and always met me with a smile and a giggle. Carla Babicki who looked after my post op care has been brilliant and each appointment felt like I was meeting a friend as she was always so friendly and chatty. Overall, my experience at MPH has been incredibly postive and I am so happy with my results. This surgery has truly changed my life and I feel so much more confident in myself. Best experience here for my surgery! The consultation stage was so supportive and friendly. The nurses and staff at the hospital were fantastic, so kind and helpful the whole day! The hospital was so clean and a calm environment to be in. Mr Sinha was brilliant and supportive the whole day, loving my results already. Would definitely return for another procedure:)

Please stay WELL CLEAR of this place.. had my surgery done in Feb 2022, was trying to contact them from September 22 with my issues, they didn't want to know.. finally saw a surgeon who told me to go live my life.. got a second opinion who actually saw the problem... back to the original surgeon who then agreed I needed revision surgery... to then send me a letter to say that had now been declined due to "my surgery being over 5 years ago" even though the letter also states it was 11th Feb 22...... basically all they want is your money then leave you stranded with no aftercare what so ever... I'm also still within my 3 year warranty period... so that warranty apparently stands for nothing 🤔 even though it hasn't even been 2 years!! After questioning their reasoning on the letter.. I was told "oh they must have sent the wrong reason by accident" as a professional company.. how does this even happen?! And now I'm still awaiting the corrected reason... honestly please take your hard earned money elsewhere

I had a great experience from start to finish, I needed further clarification after my consultation to settle my own mind and it was arranged and my queries answered without issue. The surgery day went very smoothly, all the nurses were lovely and couldn’t do enough for me! The aftercare has been first class, knowing the team are only a phone call away has been very comforting throughout my recovery!

This clinic is just the worst ever .I had an appointment on the 26th of July and the clinic contacted me at 11.27 am to tell me the appointment had been cancelled .u had travelled from north east and was already in Manchester. Rebooked for the 1st of August more train tickets ,and they have just rang me to tell me they are cancelling again . They won't refund my train ticket even though its their fault . Asked for full refund . Nor a happy experience

I Wish I Can Give 10 Stars & Not 5 Because I Have A Great Experience With MPH 😆 I Had My Procedure Done 2 Months Ago & I Can Say, Dr Singh Is A Genius. He Really Is. I Don’t Know How He Went Ahead With My Procedure But Really, He Is A Genius 😆 I Am Over The Moon With My Final Results But Still Can’t Remember 2 Things That Happened On That Day And I Will Speak To Him About It When I Go To See Him Next Week. I Want To Say My Thanks To Dr Singh, Lorraine & All The Nurses especially Carla, Who Looked After Me When I Came On The Day Of My Procedure & Carla Who Stayed In Touch With Me After My Procedure Was Done. On The Day, Dr Singh Made Me Aware If I Had Changed My Mind About The Procedure But I Declined & Went Through With The Operation. I Had A Consultation 2 Months Before The Procedure So I Had All The Information I Needed From Dr Singh & Lorraine. It Means A lot. I Will Bring Something Special For Everything Just To Say Thank You.
