Fave spot in Milford! Great during the summer as the river is right there and they have a killer rooftop and patio that makes a peaceful weekend even better!
I love how they have a wide array of beers. It’s not just IPAs, there’s a little bit of everything!
Food is awesome, I especially love the southwest salad!
Always clean and well maintained! Fun activities keep the small town interesting like trivia and live music most weekdays!
If you haven’t been, come on out!

After a splendid bike ride on the little Miami trail we stopped in for a brew and lunch. It was our first time visiting the brewery, we are not locals, if we were locals, I would plant my flag here to often. We couldn't have found a better place. Excellent outdoor dining options, very good choice of brews and the food menu has plenty of appealing options. Thanks to George the man tending bar for his assistance and humor. We settled on a Bass Island pizza and the harvest apple salad. Both were light and clean.
We hope to return soon.

Very underwhelming. We had a group of 6 and everyone’s food came out about 10 mins apart. The food was average at best (nachos, Caesar salad, pizza, pretzels, chips and queso) and not a good value. We didn’t order alcohol so maybe it’s worth a visit if not going for food.

An amazing brewery. A good variety of craft beers, great food, amazing atmosphere, unique location. Owners and staff are fun and super friendly. Cinci has quite a few great breweries, my vote for #1 is LMB.

I visited your establishment on 9/27/25.. your patio area is fantastic.. however you're on site parking is not 😭😭.. you need to have something worked out to where you have more available parking spaces for your customers. I paid with my debit card and I got charged at 2.40% service fee.. I have never seen this before?.. I am from out of town and I have never seen an establishment that allows animals…I was under the understanding that you cannot have animals any establishment that serves food? It seemed like all the animals that were in there were well behaved. I wanted a 7 inch pizza but.. I was told they only serve those during the lunch during the day? This is just my opinion of your establishment.

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed our patio. We have the largest (albeit not enough) private parking lot in Milford, Well-behaved dogs on leashes are allowed on the patio as per regulations. The service fee enables us to offer full time employees health insurance and retirement savings benefits (401K) which is unheard of in the restaurant business.

The menu at Little Miami is extremely limited, but what they do serve is great! I've honestly enjoyed everything that I've ever eaten there. The gluten free pizza crust is especially tasty. This is one of those, " order at the bar and they'll bring it to your table" places and the line to order is ALWAYS long. Do not make the mistake of leaving your tab open, or else you will have to wait in an extremely long line again to pay your bill at the end of the night. The beer there is fine, but nothing that makes it stand out from any other Brewery in the Cincinnati area. What makes little Miami special and so popular, is its location on the banks of the little Miami River. It's a great place to sit outside and watch the kayakers float by.

If they could figure out how to be consistent on their food in the slightest, and pour beer with any kind of speed ,plus parking. It's an awesome venue, great live music, beautiful scenery. Weekly patron, but they have to figure out some important stuff.

We stopped here during a kayaking trip, hoping to refuel with some good pizza—but the experience was pretty underwhelming.
Ordering was done via QR code, and we were prompted to tip before receiving any service at all. After that, there wasn’t much service to speak of. We had to find our own plates and napkins, and no one checked in with us until we had to go up and ask about our order.
Two pizzas came out, and the third pizza didn’t show up until 30 minutes only after we asked about it. And it was overcooked.
The pizza itself was fine—edible, but nothing memorable. After a long day kayaking, we were really hoping for a smoother, more satisfying experience.
I wouldn’t come back.
