I found Dr. Ali years ago and have had several procedures with him. This week I finished healing from a lip lift and facial fat grafting. The reason I chose him and came from the USA was after watching all his videos and researching I felt he was a true artist, calm, and none of his work looked “overly” done but more natural and beautiful . The first procedure I had was a lower face lift 3 years ago then a year and a half ago I had a rhinoplasty and most recently my lip lift and fat transfer. My scars are amazing I have never needed any laser treatments and I do follow all his instructions of course for my desired outcome. Clearly he is now the only doctor I trust with my face that is why I have came back 3 times to see him - I just make a mini vacation out of the trip as overall Turkey is a beautiful country with some amazing sites and food! In the USA the surgeons were mainly focused on my age and filler was no longer giving me the results I wanted, he was the first doctor that had a realistic perspective of some things being my anatomy not so much having to do with age. I appreciate his perspective and honesty even that he didn’t recommend my lip lift initially with a facelift. Later after healing and dissolving filler he did agree the space in between my nose and lips was longer and that’s why I returned. Also I appreciate after my appointments the staff always follows up with my results and healing and I am able to ask the doctor questions when I am home if I need to. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Ali! He is an amazing Doctor and his staff are very friendly and accommodating and have helped me with other recommendations for hotels and even a dermatologist I needed.

I am almost 3 months post op. I traveled from the states to Istanbul solo to go see Dr. Ali Riza Oreroglu for an ethnic rhinoplasty. I stayed for 10 days total because I was told by the doctor to stay a week straight. But I wanted to start my journey heading there two days before my appointment since my layover and the time difference would throw me off. To get there took me basically a whole day, the second day I rest a little bit and look around the city. It’s a lot cats and I love them so that ain’t a problem for me honestly. The third day was my first appointment with Dr. Oreroglu. We went over the type of look I was going for, slightly upturned tip and thinner bridge, and smaller nostrils. I even FaceTimed my grandmother to talk to him and he explained the plan with her as well. Their main office clinic and the hospital was clean. I took Uber everywhere I went. I felt safe and comfortable and my hotel was like 5 minutes away from the clinic. It was 20 minutes away from the hospital but would be like 30 minutes depending on the traffic. I made two trips to the hospital and back; first trip was to run blood test and second trip was surgery day. Ubers are much cheaper than the states too and the food too. I got a piece of cartilage removed from my rib so that kinda hurt but I had pain pills that was prescribed to me by the hospital at discharge from the hospital. Oh yeah, after surgery there is a mandatory 1 night hospital stay and the staff didn’t speak much English but they were very helpful and kind. I used google translate if I was asking for something specific. Right before surgery and right after surgery Dr. Oreroglu came to see me and we just briefly went over the plan for my rhinoplasty again. A staff member walked me down to my uber and made sure I got in the right one and I went all the way back to my hotel. I slept for the most part for the rest of my stay. I did some sight seeing throughout a few of those days but couldn’t be too mobile since the operation where my cartilage was taken out of my ribs was sore. So I made sure to stay close to the hotel traveling by Uber still. I had a breakfast buffet in my hotel and can order room service whenever so that’s what I did. I had my final appointment with Dr. Oreroglu on the 9th day to get my cast removed and my dissolvable stitches cleaned. Forgot to mention after I discharged out of the hospital I was also given saline solution and ointment to apply to my stitches a few times a day and that’s what I was instructed to do so I did. Dr. Oreroglu took before and after pictures (my results are on his instagram). These are my pictures for last week. I wanted to wait until I healed up a bit and the stitches dissolved more. I’m in love with my new nose! 😍 It’s still healing ofcourse, it’ll take about a year I was told.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ali. I went to him for a facelift, and I am currently in the recovery period, and the results look good. Dr. Ali is realistic and informs his patients about everything, both positive and negative, which builds trust between him and the patient. Everyone at the clinic was very professional and welcoming and my results are very natural which is exactly what I wanted to achieve. I flew all the way from Texas ! Well worth the flight.

I’ve just had my rhinoplasty with doctor Ali Riza Oreroglu my entire process form start to finish was absolutely perfect. I flew from the US and the assistant Sahar was so helpful to me before I arrived and while I was here. Any questions or concerns I had she always got back to me promptly and explained every detail of the process. She is so sweet and continued to check on me everyday even after my procedure. On the day of my consultation I met the doctor he is so polite and you can tell how seriously he takes every patient. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease, I trusted him right away. The hospital he operates out of is beautiful! The staff at the hospital was on top of everything making sure me and even my mother who accompanied me was comfortable the whole time. My healing process went great. The first 2 days was swelling but nothing too bad. By day 3 I was feeling amazing. When the doctor took my cast off I actually started to cry tears of joy. This doctor changed my life I can’t stop smiling. I can finally breathe! But he truly gave me the perfect nose! Seriously PERFECT. I would truly give this doctor 10 stars if it was an option. He is the best doctor in Istanbul

doctor has no bedside manner and his work has left me needing revisions, he moves quickly, hastily, and clumsily. his staff are rude, the entire office team is dedicated to being on social media all day to ensure there are no bad reviews instead of caring for patients. they have a very international clientele but will leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere to find your own way home after surgery which is a frightening and unsettling experience. they also spend the entire visit upselling you on other operations and procedures to complete in the same visit. overall - dont trust the reviews, they are all posted by employees. avoid dr. öreroğlu's office at all costs!

I recently did a breast augmentation with Dr. Ali Rıza and I am incredibly happy with the results of my surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Dr. professionalism and his team make my journey very pleasant and easy. The hospital where the surgery took place was high level, everyone was nice and kind. After 2 days of the surgery I was back walking around Istanbul with any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ali for anyone considering breast augmentation as the results are super natural, fast recovery, and perfect little scars.
