Kayleigh did my hair beautifully, I was chuffed with the results. She is lovely too & made me laugh a lot which was great. Alisha I believe washed my hair who was a lovely young lady too! It was amazing as she didnāt pull my hair whilst taking the foils out or when she brushed my hair - which was very unusual & absolutely amazing, which I thank her very much for!!! Just a slight improvement required when cleaning & rinsing oneās hair that she covers the centre back & underneath the hairline from ear to ear around neckline without requesting this. Although I can understand her hands were probably worn out from all the hair washing that day. Also Alisha was trying to wash, do a treatment & tone my hair & bless her she kept being pressured by a colleague to rush through it as they were busy, which didnāt make me feel good or confident on how my hair was going to turn out but I need not of worried. It did feel like less treatment product was used on my hair this time, so my hair wasn't feeling as luxurious as it normally be after the treatment, which was a little disappointing. However regardless of these few small hiccups Iām delighted with how my hair looks & thank them both for their hard work & commitment in making me feel at home especially during this busy time in their salon.

The team were all friendly and there seemed to be a good atmosphere in the salon amongst the colleagues. Laura really listened to what I asked for and also gave lots of suggestions. I'm really happy with the result of my cut.

I had my first appointment with Will today. The place was very nice and clean, everybody was extremely kind. Will and I had a long chat about what I would like and what would be the best option for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the hairs that I showed him. During the haircut he checked with me regularly if I am happy with my hair which was very nice. He did a good job, I love my hair, I definitely will be back! :)

Will was brilliant from start to finish. Took time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted and my hair type, explained along the way, and was really friendly and switched on. He clearly understood curly hair and made sure the end result was really good. I would definitely recommend.
