Majestical Reviews

Diana Dromey 2026.05.15

Katie and the rest of the Majestical team have been absolutely brilliant throughout these years we've been working together! They always get the briefs spot on and their creativity always surprise me! Most of the time seems like they're in our heads and cen read our mind better than how we can express ourselves 😅 This to say that Majestical is highly recommended by the Ministry of Testing to anyone looking to get the best creative team on their side! 🫶

Thank you for your kind words @Diana ☺️ - since that first MoT feature spotlight in 2022 we've loved creating every edit since. It's always such good fun getting our hands on the new designs, series and campaigns you send our way and then bringing them to life! 💜

PACT Office 2026.05.13

From the very first online meeting Rachel & Katie created a space and atmosphere which made us feel relaxed and able to really discuss our ideas and visions. They matched our enthusiasm which made the process such a joy. Whenever we wanted tweaks it was received well, in fact communication throughout all the projects Majestical have managed and delivered for us has been incredible. They were so quick with their turnaround yet it never felt rushed. The videos have really helped us shape our branding and image across our website and marketing materials. We were really stuck on the vision for the brand video, but they came up with the idea for the video which now sits proudly on our homepage and runs on a loop at our in-person events. It can be difficult to think about how you can capture the essence of your business in such short clips but they really listen and smash it out the park. Having worked with Majestical on several projects we wouldn't hesitate to go back to them when needed.

These words are so incredibly gorgeous thank you @PACT. We've had so much fun working with you over the years and we're so proud that you've been able to use the animations and brand videos we've created in so many ways both virtually and in-person. It's always a pleasure working with purpose (and enthusiasm)! 💚

Majestical are simply fabulous at what they've done for us. Over time, they’ve developed a deep understanding of our brand and the role video content plays in how we show up for our partners. They bring a thoughtful, strategic perspective from the outset, shaping ideas that are both creatively strong and grounded in what we’re trying to achieve. Their approach is collaborative and considered so the result is consistently of high-quality. It's a relationship we value, and one that continues to evolve.

Majestical COMPLETELY understood our brand and what we were trying to achieve with this particular project. Their creativity in using different elements of our brand to create the educational videos was really great to see! I felt quite emotional watching it all come together. What an incredible, very warm and hardworking team!

Majestical are a fab team to work with. We have worked on several videos to sell our courses and they have been very well received. They are professional, creative and thoroughly nice people, so we really feel we can portray our needs and have them met. We plan to use them going forward for more of our promos. Thanks!

Having worked with Majestical recently on our nature recovery video, I would highly recommend them especially if you are looking for an organisation, who provides consistency, keeps to a tight project time frame and are a genuine pleasure to work with. Their approach to video design is unique and encompasses a wide range of audiences, from youngsters all the way to the pensioners. They helped us not only capture our vision for the video but helped to develop it into something we would not have conceived of achieving without their help. Highly recommended!!!

The video Majestical created has been a key talking point and attraction for new clients, as it perfectly represents the purpose of our business. When we first got in touch with Majestical, we knew we needed video content to explain to people who UK For Good are and what we do, but we had no idea where to start or what this could look like. Following several discussions about who our target audience were and what we wanted to convey, the Majestical team scripted, designed and storyboarded an engaging animation that always inspires our audiences. Majestical are talented, kind, and purpose-driven folk!

The videos that Majestical created for me have generated a response in my email marketing that I never imagined possible. An 85% increase in engagement means all my upcoming workshops are now fully booked. As a result, over the first three months of 2023, this has given me just under a 10X ROI on my investment in Majestical 👍 I was originally sceptical, but Video marketing is incredible, and Majestical are a team of video production professionals who take the impact and results of their work seriously. And they do it with grace, flair and plenty of fun!

After recently launching M.I.O, a unique business centred around manifestation and the mechanics of the universe, I worked with Majestical to capture professional video content that would really communicate this often misunderstood concept. The team took their time to understand the details of M.I.O and made me feel at ease throughout the filming process, encouraging me to share my own experiences and personality alongside the fundamentals of the business. I highly recomend Majestical as I see them as part of my team, easy to work with and a great ongoing relationship. Thanks Majestical!

We worked with Majestical back in July 2022 and I cannot recommend them enough. From our initial meeting via Zoom to the end of the project, everything was faultless. The team were so thorough in everything that they did and really wanted to capture our business in the same way that we did. It was a pleasure to work with the team for 2 days on site, they were professional and friendly at all times. Rachel went above and beyond for us, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and has a great attention for detail. The end result of our video is something which we can use for many years to come and the quality and story of the video is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much to the whole team, we will definitely look forward to working with you again in the future. From all the team at Aqueduct Marina

Getting the right video production team to advertise your business is hard. You are trusting an outsider to ‘get’ your brand, understand what you are trying to tell your audience and make it impactful. From the first moment I spoke to Katie at Majestical I knew I was in good hands. Aside from her excellent and attentive phone manner, she is full of energy, full of great ideas. My business is not always simple to explain but boy have the Majestical team delivered! All of us at Carbon Kapture have been blown away by the quality and impact of the video content they’ve produced.

I recently purchased a piece of (amazing) art from Majestical (in the pic it's the one with THE EYES) and it's now taking pride of place on my studio wall. What really stood out to me was the ethos behind the company - sustainability and social responsibility. The art was delivered to the post office via bicycle and arrived in a pre-loved cardboard packaging tube, with a hand written note on the outside. What's not to love about that?

Katie and the team at Majestical are brilliantly talented human beings. They may be based in Congleton, however their films and talent would not be out of place competing in Hollywood. They care and always going the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
